I have been going to Tidal Wave for over 3 years and I commend the staff for their positive attitudes and work ethics considering the weather and how busy it is thru the pollen season. I have recently had a young man by the name of Auvi be the 1st person to touch my car and he had a warm and welcoming smile and have since had him 3 additional times and his warm welcome at the start reminds me of why I appreciate the positive attitude from everyone at the car wash. Wow holy moly this was an awesome the detailing tools were amazing but the best part was the experience thanks to Tiff her determination to make sure I had a great experience along with product knowledge was unmatched to anything I’ve ever experienced in my life thank you Tiffany I will definitely be back soon.
I went to this car wash, and the work is great. I lived in the area and purchased a membership. Before I moved, I told the attendant that I wished to cancel the membership. He told me it had to be done after the next billing cycle. I agreed and moved out of the area. Three months later, I noticed I was still being billed. I called, and they canceled the membership over the phone, but refused to refund from the time I first canceled
The best car wash I’ve experienced. Brayden really went above and beyond with customer service and his time!! Will definitely go back here for future washes.
Tiffany was the best worker that I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I’m very grateful for our kindness and her impeccable work ethic.
