Terrible car wash!! Never go here! I went through and it ripped off my cross bars and my roof rack and mangled both of them. I had to leave them in the dumpster. Now my car is dented and scratched and I had to run over it to get out of the car wash. Then it got stuck under the car behind me and then the car after them almost crashed into them. At no point did any of the employees say anything about my roof rack and I have been to the tidal wave in Tarboro many times with my roof rack and it was totally fine. After all that t... read more

This is the view out my car widow just before entering the wash. 👍Edit 6/13/2025 I didn't mean for this to be taken as a bad thing. More that it's a picture that appears to tell a story... House at the end of its life, while I'm in car at a very new car wash.

Justin the manager at the Tidal Wave Rocky Mount is freaking amazing!! I had some issues with some random green stuff on my car and he personally cleaned it himself!! Great guy with a beautiful attitude!!

Brought my car through this car wash today and I was very impressed with it. I was also impressed with the customer service I received from Justin at the pay area. He was very friendly and told me about each wash.
