I am a club member at Tidal Wave in Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Greenville North Carolina, and I have been nothing but please with every visit that I've ever made there! Yesterday when I went to the Tidal Wave in Rocky Mount a gentleman name Wes was the ultimate in professional employees. I cannot recommend them enough it is truly a great place to visit to have you car washed. I've never been disappointed in the outcome of a wash at any one of the locations that I visit. Hats off to a wonderful facility!
Great experience EVERY visit! Top notch staff from the person that greets you when you first enter to the person walking you through the loading process. I'm always happy with how clean my car is when it's finished. Justin is my favorite employee there! He's always courteous, very knowledgeable about the process, and always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend using Tidal Wave in Rocky Mount!
Terrible Experience – Avoid This Car Wash! I signed up for a monthly plan at Tidal Wave Auto Car Wash, thinking it would be a convenient and hassle-free way to keep my car clean. I was completely wrong. Every time I went, the employees could not pull up my account and repeatedly turned me away. This happened FOUR TIMES before someone actually took the time to investigate the issue. Turns out, one of their employees entered the barcode number wrong in their system.
