Terrible car wash!! Never go here! I went through and it ripped off my cross bars and my roof rack and mangled both of them. I had to leave them in the dumpster. Now my car is dented and scratched and I had to run over it to get out of the car wash. Then it got stuck under the car behind me and then the car after them almost crashed into them. At no point did any of the employees say anything about my roof rack and I have been to the tidal wave in Tarboro many times with my roof rack and it was totally fine. After all that t... read more
Tidal Wave is absolutely great, the employees are outstanding they are nice and very helpful always with a smile will tell anyone I know that don't use you are missing out love my plan that I can just drive thru, thank you and your employees for a great experience every time!!!!!
Im pleased to say that I have meet my car wash match thank god !!! Justin was very helpful, I wasn’t sure what to get but he explained it very well , and was very patient with me , glad he explained what graph-x4 is, definitely recommend thank you !!
I am a club member at Tidal Wave in Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Greenville North Carolina, and I have been nothing but please with every visit that I've ever made there! Yesterday when I went to the Tidal Wave in Rocky Mount a gentleman name Wes was the ultimate in professional employees. I cannot recommend them enough it is truly a great place to visit to have you car washed. I've never been disappointed in the outcome of a wash at any one of the locations that I visit. Hats off to a wonderful facility!
