My wife and I were using Rain Drop car wash, and their equipment was always breaking down, so we came to Tidal Wave for our monthly service, and they do a great job. Only thing is, they did NOT push our sideview mirrors in, and we have to do that on our own, I guess.
Most accommodating and clean car wash I’ve ever been to! Basic car wash did the job and they had so many amenities and were welcoming!
The automated car wash did a decent job cleaning my truck but the tire shine portion has fail to work twice. It only shined half the tires on the driver’s side and didn’t shine the tires on the passenger side at all. I told the guy at the booth but acted like he didn’t care. I waited to see if anybody was going to do anything for about 15 minutes and no one ever came. I recently visited Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Guntersville and had a great experience. There was a man helping me to select the best options and he was very kind and spoke highly of the owner of Tidal Wave. I really appreciate the way they support the local community too like the G'ville Ladies Civitan club. I will be back because it was so easy and my car looked awesome. My husband and I love TidalWave. We have club memberships which allow unlimited washes each month which we use regularly. The employees are friendly, and we are pleased with the wash results. The owner, Wes (a.k.a. Gus to our local Lady Civitan club), is very active in the community, and we appreciate all he has done here in Guntersville.
