We have a membership as well as my son. We were so excited when we first started using this facility the car wash as well as the vacuums worked amazing with cleaning rags etc… I I am giving it a little time for correction but we are very disappointed because now and for probably the past three times we have used it maybe half the vacuums work, the rags smell like mildew and the cloth roller at the very end of the car wash cycle no longer works. I feel this is a maintenance and upkeep issue and the facility is being neglect... read more
Always a great experience here! My car had so many bugs on it, and they let me go through a second time and took extra care to get everything clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the extra effort — I’ll definitely be back!
Went thru this morning (Guntersville)and the man that was working the car wash was the best we have ever had! He made sure our SUV was scrubbed down and he did it quickly but most of the time we get a swipe on the windshield and one swipe or two on the back and that’s it. He was quick and thorough but did the job and a great job at that!
The automated car wash did a decent job cleaning my truck but the tire shine portion has fail to work twice. It only shined half the tires on the driver’s side and didn’t shine the tires on the passenger side at all. I told the guy at the booth but acted like he didn’t care. I waited to see if anybody was going to do anything for about 15 minutes and no one ever came. My wife and I were using Rain Drop car wash, and their equipment was always breaking down, so we came to Tidal Wave for our monthly service, and they do a great job. Only thing is, they did NOT push our sideview mirrors in, and we have to do that on our own, I guess.
