I recently visited Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Guntersville and had a great experience. There was a man helping me to select the best options and he was very kind and spoke highly of the owner of Tidal Wave. I really appreciate the way they support the local community too like the G'ville Ladies Civitan club. I will be back because it was so easy and my car looked awesome. My husband and I love TidalWave. We have club memberships which allow unlimited washes each month which we use regularly. The employees are friendly, and we are pleased with the wash results. The owner, Wes (a.k.a. Gus to our local Lady Civitan club), is very active in the community, and we appreciate all he has done here in Guntersville.
I never thought I’d write a review like this, but I have to vent. I took my car to this car wash, hoping for a simple clean, and what I got was beyond frustrating. Not only did they scratch my car – a noticeable scratch on the side – but I had to watch a worker on his phone the entire time. It wasn’t just a quick glance, either; he was completely absorbed in it, as if he couldn’t care less about doing his job properly. The worst part? When I showed up at this Tidal Wave, the first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. Not to mention the incredible kindness of the staff as they helped me with which wash I wanted to the prewash and the guidance they gave there. And that’s great but what’s makes them a step above any other car wash business is the community outreach and fundraising which is what brought me there in the first place. I am so impressed with the Guntersville Tidal Wave! Wes and his team go above and beyond to make sure customers are pleased with the service they provide. I use the monthly membership so i am a frequent patron. I am grateful to have them in our area.
