...went today to the car wash. Thought this would be better than our canadian touchless carwash, which never get it clean. So we decided on our way back to stop by and we choosed the Graph X4 for 30$US (roughly 43$CAD and that's more than double of our best wash up here). Not only got you shoot through the bay like a bullet through a rifle so the textile didn't even had a chance to touch ever part of our vehicle, it also wasn't able to push our truck out over the edge at the end.... but more disappointing was the aftermath w... read more
Oh my gosh I love this spa for cars . It's the best in town soft gentle no tearing off equipment like others hmm they have. Nice soft towels to wipe down vehicle. Air to blow out dust wow . Vacuum to duck the carpets out of car. Tip top ..great prices 17 $ is what I use and it's super cool to see through while cars are cleaned and dried . Awesome thanks 👍🏼
Their car wash damaged my vehicle (a 2025 GMG Sierra with 5k miles on it) by pulling it through the car wash with no water on, leaving two big scratches down the side. They have taken multiple picture, we have called >20 times and they have still refused to return our calls. They are an irresponsible business with poor, negligent ownership. Leave before they damage your vehicle as well. Rydell does a great car wash!!
Rolled up to the kiosk and asked the attendant for "something to clean my car." He recommended "Brandon and a $21 wash." Brandon, while soliciting reviews in exchange for a bonus from his boss, gave the bug deflector a little scrub, the windshield a little spritz, and the back liftgate a spray before directing me into the wash. So kudos to Brando - hope you get your bonus. But the actual car wash was about the same as any other "big long car wash with brushes" I've been to in Fargo or Grand Forks. The whole process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated the little extras—like having access to vacuums, air blowers, and towels to take care of any details that might’ve been missed. What really stood out, though, was the customer service.
