If I could give more than five stars I’d give them 10 stars!! Best car wash I’ve found since relocating from Montana. I purchased a membership a couple months ago and I could not be more pleased. They go above and beyond! I’m their number one fan from Montana!!
Have been a monthly .ember since they opened and every wash had been exceptional. Within the last 4 months the service has gotten worse with each visit.Tonigjt is the straw that broke the camels back.I arrive and the gate opens,two kids are standing at the podium and wave me through,they motion for me to go to the tunnel with no pressure wash or nothing the wash starts and I go through.Needless to say bugs are still on the windshield and grill.I understand help is hard to find but kids will not work if not supervised.
The blonde headed guy ( pretty sure he is a manager) in the daytime at Tidal Wave Paris, TN, is absolutely amazing! I asked him to please get some of the bugs off my grill in the front and offered him a tip and he would not accept but got the bugs off anyway!! He does a fantastic job at this location!
The gentlemen scrubbing vehicles before the actual car wash took me inside went above and beyond to clean excess bugs off of my vehicle. The young man was by himself and doing a job that normally two people are doing. He even turned down a cash tip. I could not have been happier with my experience!!
The manager is amazing! Joel was very easy to deal with and answered all questions I had. Will be back because of his patience and sincerity.
