If I could give more than five stars I’d give them 10 stars!! Best car wash I’ve found since relocating from Montana. I purchased a membership a couple months ago and I could not be more pleased. They go above and beyond! I’m their number one fan from Montana!!
The blonde headed guy ( pretty sure he is a manager) in the daytime at Tidal Wave Paris, TN, is absolutely amazing! I asked him to please get some of the bugs off my grill in the front and offered him a tip and he would not accept but got the bugs off anyway!! He does a fantastic job at this location!
Joel and his staff are all a bunch of great guys.They do an amazing job. I wish back before I retired and was working on the river I could have worked with an entire crew on the boat like these guys.For those guys to deal with the public all day and everyday they are always upbeat.
Awful, watch your car if it's white because their tire roller at the end of the wash.. left black smear all over my car, I brought it back to the location and showed the owner, he walked away and said no it didn't, he continues his landscaping.. while I sit there, very uncouth, the worker gave me a sponge and I cleaned it off right there on there premises, it meant nothing to the owner, credibility issues he has,, so I won't be returning to this location,!!!!!!!!!!, so I called the bogus phone number and waited for them to a... read more
