Truck was a little dirty but not bad. No mud or heavy dirt. Told the attendant to hit the driver's door and front end with pre scrub. Left way too much dirt behind. Basically had to hand touch up entire truck. Complete waste of $20. They had to reset the system for some reason and the pre wash dried on the windshield. Doubt I will be back.
We use the Tidewave membership for all of our vehicles… They are always super professional and we get a really clean car. The manager Cam was helpful and we’re glad to see high-quality drive-through car wash in Paris.
Five stars! Stephani provided amazing customer service with a smile. She was kind, professional, and made the whole experience quick and easy. The car wash was great, but her service is what really stood out. Highly recommend!
