The car was very dirty, been sitting for several weeks, so it was a lot to clean. I just wanted to get a basic clean, so I ordered the tire shine. The employees were friendly and helpful, but some details were missed as you see in the pictures. Just make sure you check it before you leave and also make sure to fold in your mirrors, because they may not.
I have had a monthly plan here for a while now. The attendants are so nice! They scrub my car down every single time before it even goes into the wash. I came in with extra gunk one morning and they scrubbed and scrubbed to get the bugs off before I even went through the wash. This isn’t just a one time, new customer thing, they’ve done this since the beginning and continue to have great service! Shoutout to their employees!
Best wash in town! Brody went the extra mile and even offered to wash my car mats! When first checking in Bobby took care of me and really seems to like working here. I like how they have someone to yell the instructions when you pull into the wash too. Everyone was just so nice and helpful
Tidal Wave is a great place to have your car washed. They clean by hand sections of your car that are difficult to wash by the machines. The staff are so efficient and professional. Bobby greets you and takes payment. He is delightful and helps with any questions you might have. Highly recommend.
Love Tidal Wave. I have a membership. I love that I can drive through and vacuum my car and go. They provide towels and cleaning spray to help clean interior and wipe down car also which is a plus. Go ahead and join. You won’t be disappointed!
