The car was very dirty, been sitting for several weeks, so it was a lot to clean. I just wanted to get a basic clean, so I ordered the tire shine. The employees were friendly and helpful, but some details were missed as you see in the pictures. Just make sure you check it before you leave and also make sure to fold in your mirrors, because they may not.
Best wash in town! Brody went the extra mile and even offered to wash my car mats! When first checking in Bobby took care of me and really seems to like working here. I like how they have someone to yell the instructions when you pull into the wash too. Everyone was just so nice and helpful
Really enjoy going to tidal wave car wash. Bobby is always super nice and friendly. Always greets you with a wave and a smile. He always makes each visit a pleasant experience. Super nice people and a really good car wash experience. Well worth the regular membership.
Love the car wash!!! The manager Angie has A+++ customer service skills, is exceptionally kind and eager to help. Highly recommend. I have four vehicles here on monthly pass and would recommend to anyone!
