The milledgeville location is my least favorite of the tidal wave car washes I’ve been to. It is hard to navigate in and out, even the places to vacuum the vehicles start so close to the end of the car wash that when you are trying to leave you may have to back up and try again just to avoid them. The vacuums work ok if you are at a spot where they aren’t completely clogged.
I went to tidal wave this past week and I was greeted by Antonio Goodman. He was very nice and respectful. Greeted me with a smile. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend
For the last 3weeks I had to get window sticker changed 3 times ! Manager reset machine an scanner each time. Each time said fixed ! Nope this morning machine wouldn't scan an attendant was useless ! Told me I had to buy but have had monthly subscription on 2 cars off an on for years an still paying without the service !!! This morning I had to back out of the lanes cuz I wouldn't pay some thing already paid for !!! The attendant told me I was wrong an was very rude !! Super convenient super clean. Mind you I've never washed my truck so much lol. It's just a really good investment. Even though it's a machine wash it does really good detailed work. I'm super pleased with this service! I always recommend!
