I went there today last minute to give it a try and when I pulled up, I asked one of the guys if he could get the things off of the back of the truck for me before I continued because I couldnt get up there physically to get it because I am pregnant. He said I will get it up here (After I paid) then he said you gotta exit and get it off and then you can come back through. I have been a Tidal Wave member for several years now. It is so worth it! I appreciate the convenience and great customer service I experience whenever I patronize the Hwy 96 location. Khaedric is my favorite service person. He is personable, always has a smile on his face, and he is very respectful! I will continue to support this business, because of their integrity and customer service.

Tidal wave in Bonaire is awesome. Friendly help full staff. Clean well maintained facilities. Makes washing your car very convenient. I had a membership for several different cars since 2018 and they are far above their competition. I’ve recently moved and drive past closer car washes due to their staff and facilities. Earl

Kyle is hands down the best site leader I’ve ever seen at a car wash. From the moment you pull in, you can tell he actually cares about the customers and his team. He’s always professional, friendly, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Kyle goes above and beyond to make sure every car is done right, and he takes pride in the work being done. His leadership really shows—his crew stays motivated, the place is organized, and the service is always top-notch. Highly recommend this location because of him.
