Kyle is hands down the best site leader I’ve ever seen at a car wash. From the moment you pull in, you can tell he actually cares about the customers and his team. He’s always professional, friendly, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Kyle goes above and beyond to make sure every car is done right, and he takes pride in the work being done. His leadership really shows—his crew stays motivated, the place is organized, and the service is always top-notch. Highly recommend this location because of him.
Xander, the young man helping me, was beyond nice and extremely helpful. He took exceptional care of my needs. The manager, Kyle, was also there with the scrub brush and he scrubbed EVERY inch of my front and back. My car had never come through a drive thru wash so clean. I’ll definitely be going back and hope to see the same faces.

I have been a Tidal Wave member for several years now. It is so worth it! I appreciate the convenience and great customer service I experience whenever I patronize the Hwy 96 location. Khaedric is my favorite service person. He is personable, always has a smile on his face, and he is very respectful! I will continue to support this business, because of their integrity and customer service.
I been coming here since I moved into area about a year now. Staff always friendly and hard working. I’m writing a review because Carlos and Kyle . Both went out there way to help me out big time the other day. My truck locked it self with keys inside. When I went to them with issue they both started coming up with ways to get it open I am great full they did had my two young daughters inside as well.
