I been coming here since I moved into area about a year now. Staff always friendly and hard working. I’m writing a review because Carlos and Kyle . Both went out there way to help me out big time the other day. My truck locked it self with keys inside. When I went to them with issue they both started coming up with ways to get it open I am great full they did had my two young daughters inside as well. Tidal wave in Bonaire is awesome. Friendly help full staff. Clean well maintained facilities. Makes washing your car very convenient. I had a membership for several different cars since 2018 and they are far above their competition. I’ve recently moved and drive past closer car washes due to their staff and facilities. Earl
Great service!! Tony is the best!! This location has a better wash and vacuum than the one close to our home. Definitely will be coming here more frequently. I highly recommend this location! Tony went the extra mile to get our account updated. “Betty Ray” is all shiny and clean every time.

My family and I are traveling in our fifth wheel camper, when we parked outside of Tidal Waves and a tree branch hit our camper window and busted the glass. The GM Tony, immediately came out and offered to help clean up and seal our window. He brought a broom, ladder and plastic to seal our window. He was truly a saving grace in an unfortunate situation! Thank you, Tony for your kindness and eagerness to help!
