This car wash is next level! The management obviously knows what they are doing.; fast and excellent and super clean car. The vacuum cleaners were so strong as well, so much better than other washes. I bought a membership and will use it a lot! Way to go Tidal Wave and the manager, Kyle.

I was having issues with my scan card not scanning and John didn’t quit until he finally figured it out. As a business owner I can really appreciate great customer service and he certainly was on point! Great job John!!

I have been a member for a few years now. I am always pleased with the service and even more so with the customer service. By far, Khaedric is my favorite attendant. He is always happy and so professional and kind. I noticed he was missing for a few weeks. It made me so happy to pull around and see his smiling face back at work!

I have been a Tidal Wave member for several years now. It is so worth it! I appreciate the convenience and great customer service I experience whenever I patronize the Hwy 96 location. Khaedric is my favorite service person. He is personable, always has a smile on his face, and he is very respectful! I will continue to support this business, because of their integrity and customer service.
