I went there today last minute to give it a try and when I pulled up, I asked one of the guys if he could get the things off of the back of the truck for me before I continued because I couldnt get up there physically to get it because I am pregnant. He said I will get it up here (After I paid) then he said you gotta exit and get it off and then you can come back through. I was having issues with my scan card not scanning and John didn’t quit until he finally figured it out. As a business owner I can really appreciate great customer service and he certainly was on point! Great job John!!

I have been a Tidal Wave member for several years now. It is so worth it! I appreciate the convenience and great customer service I experience whenever I patronize the Hwy 96 location. Khaedric is my favorite service person. He is personable, always has a smile on his face, and he is very respectful! I will continue to support this business, because of their integrity and customer service.

Do not recommend. I have been a car wash member for a couple years now. I recently purchased a new vehicle and had to cancel the car wash. This process is done online and through e-mail only. I e-mailed them on June 1st with my cancellation. On June 8th someone returned my e-mail saying they cancelled my membership and I can enjoy it through July 5th. Kyle is hands down the best site leader I’ve ever seen at a car wash. From the moment you pull in, you can tell he actually cares about the customers and his team. He’s always professional, friendly, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Kyle goes above and beyond to make sure every car is done right, and he takes pride in the work being done. His leadership really shows—his crew stays motivated, the place is organized, and the service is always top-notch. Highly recommend this location because of him.
