Excellent experience overall. Nate was a very informative and helpful employee. I have had bad experiences at the Tidal Wave in Augusta, but faced none of those same issues at this location. The manager at this location has a great grasp on customer satisfaction and the overall car washes experience. Well worth the extra drive for a beautifully cleaned car.
Great location and it looks to be fairly new as the equipment is top notch and really cleans your car. I joined their club for monthly service and so far it has been seamless. My cars come out clean every time and the service they provide is spot on.
absolutely LOVE nate that works here. i went and tried the other car wash right down the road and left with my truck still covered in soap and still with mud all over my truck. pulled into tidal wave with minutes before they closed explain my situation with what happed at the other car wash and nate literally “deep” cleaned my truck and got the mud off my truck with the pressure washer and scrubbed my mirrors and literally left with my truck SO CLEAN. mind you they did all this AFTER THEY WERE CLOSED. #tidalwave4life 🫡 nate... read more
My truck came out clean with no missed areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. The detailing equipment all worked and the general condition of the property was excellent. Great overall experience!
My car never gets as clean as I’d like at the wash except when I take here. It’s the only place I’ll take now. The staff is professional and helpful, the prices are great, and it’s always a consistent experience. Ryan helped me get a membership and needless to say I needed it with kids and dogs always leaving a mess!
