Telvin and his team are AMAZING. You can tell he really takes pride in making sure customers leave happy. Everybody was professional, fast, and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. My car was spotless afterward — inside and out looked sooo good. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had.

absolutely LOVE nate that works here. i went and tried the other car wash right down the road and left with my truck still covered in soap and still with mud all over my truck. pulled into tidal wave with minutes before they closed explain my situation with what happed at the other car wash and nate literally “deep” cleaned my truck and got the mud off my truck with the pressure washer and scrubbed my mirrors and literally left with my truck SO CLEAN. mind you they did all this AFTER THEY WERE CLOSED. #tidalwave4life 🫡 nate... read more
Excellent experience overall. Nate was a very informative and helpful employee. I have had bad experiences at the Tidal Wave in Augusta, but faced none of those same issues at this location. The manager at this location has a great grasp on customer satisfaction and the overall car washes experience. Well worth the extra drive for a beautifully cleaned car.
I had a subscription with Take 5 in the Columbia area, but moved to Sandersville GA. While there is neither a Take 5 or Tidal Wave in the town I live in, the subscription based car wash business in Sandersville (Whistle I think) did a really poor job at washing my car. It barely looked amy cleaner than when i went in and the vacuum, towel area was dismal. I travel all over GA and SC for work.
