Telvin and his team are AMAZING. You can tell he really takes pride in making sure customers leave happy. Everybody was professional, fast, and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. My car was spotless afterward — inside and out looked sooo good. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had.

This place has become my go-to car wash because the service is consistently great. Telvin clearly cares about his customers and it shows in how well the team works together. Fast service, great atmosphere, and my car always comes out looking BEAUTIFUL.
I signed up for one month of washes. The following month I was charged $29.99 as a recurring charge from my bank account. I called tidalwave and told them I just wanted the one month and I never authorized another month charge. Tidalwave stated that I signed up for the recurring charge. I said I did not sign up for that. They said the board that the attendant had I signed. I said you mean the board he handed me for 4 seconds? I had a subscription with Take 5 in the Columbia area, but moved to Sandersville GA. While there is neither a Take 5 or Tidal Wave in the town I live in, the subscription based car wash business in Sandersville (Whistle I think) did a really poor job at washing my car. It barely looked amy cleaner than when i went in and the vacuum, towel area was dismal. I travel all over GA and SC for work.
