Josh is the absolute best! I will 100% come back as long as he’s working there! Seriously THE best. Honestly wish I wasn’t married nor a heterosexual because I’m sure his services go beyond just at tidal wave!

A great experience but the employee by the name of Joshua was extremely informative, kind, and overall very considerate. I would simply return to this location just because of this employee alone.

Had a one year plan and the service was great to start notice one day had damage to back left corner of my truck from the wash told the employee said since I didn’t notify him the same day it happened too bad talk to corporate. They said they didn’t do refund so lost out on about seven months of service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would’ve gave it zero stars, but unfortunately that you can’t do

Went there this morning I had the nicest guy with a big smile and the greatest attitude come up to me and help me with which car wash I should get. We decided on the one above the basic since it has the rain repel, I might add I only wash my car once every flower moon literally. He offered me the car wash club I declined since I don’t wash my car often, and he was super nice not pushy about it at all handed me a flyer and directed me to the washer. The staff at Tidal Wave Auto Spa Car Wash in Thomson are awesome. Very polite, very humble, and friendly. Nate is very cheerful and friendly; I really enjoyed talking to him. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
