I purchased car washes for two of my vehicles and got a discount. A week later, when I tried to go through the car wash, my car was rejected, saying that I had no account there. My husband was out of town, so I couldn't pull up the account through my bank until he came back. When I went back in showing that I had paid for my car washes, they finally got it straightened out. I asked if I would be compensated for the week I lost and could not wash my cars, and I was told no. This isn't fair and very poor customer service.

I recently became a club member at the Dahlonega Tidal Wave next to Chic fil A. I’ve visited it four times and every time I’ve been impressed with the staff. They have gone the extra mile in cleaning the tailgate of my truck. If you own a truck, you know drive-thru car wash facilities usually do not clean the tailgate well. Tidal Wave is the exception. In fact, I tip the guy conducting the pre-cleaning and he is always appreciative. I highly recommend this drive-thru car wash. Stoney

Best car wash in Dahlonega hands down, the staff is beyond friendly and professional. I’ve never been through the car wash without every staff member having a smile on their face.

I've visited this location several times and always been impressed with the friendliness of the employees and the quality of the service. Today, an employee notified me of a totally flat tire and two other employees helped get it inflated. Shout out to Matt and Seth for going out of their way to help me get the tire to the correct pressure. Matt even checked the other 3 tires! I'm so glad Tidal Wave hires ethical people with good skills!

Best carwash I’ve ever been to! The site itself is super clean, employees are friendly and helpful, and the carwash itself was spectacular - zero bugs on my car after a long trip!
