I have been coming here for a few years with a few different vehicles. The manger on duty now doesn't care if you come or leave. Well, I left and went to Mr. Clean. It is important to hire staff that represents your company well. I only wish I could talk to the owner and express concerns in greater detail. I definitely will not be back. Go to Mr. Clean and ask for Austin - they will take care of you! 8/2 - Thank you for the response. I will follow-up tomorrow to discuss and post further updates here.
Staff was very helpful. I accidently sucked up a piece of the cup holder lining and they went through everything to find it for us. They even washed our rubber mats for us while we finished vacuuming. 👍 Big thumbs up!
It's Saturday evening & my husband, Ricky, got to the carwash right at 6pm. Bunch of young boys there & the boys working were closing shop. They are not to close until 7pm. Church is tomorrow and he's got to go to church with a dirty truck. He almost always goes thru on Saturdays. Not a happy customer. This don't look good on your business.
I’ve had a subscription here from since Tidal Wave opened and I can confidently say this is the best car wash around. This car wash takes care of stubborn spots on my car that typically competitors never touch. From the friendly service with a smile to my super clean and shiny car after the wash I’d give this more stars if I could!
Best car wash in Dahlonega hands down, the staff is beyond friendly and professional. I’ve never been through the car wash without every staff member having a smile on their face.
