Is this the greatest car wash? I think so. Absolutely nicest people. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a car wash. The wash was incredible, the amenities for interior was just as great. 10/10 my favorite car wash.
Wonderful Car wash! I haven't taken my car there in a while, and just did again today, and got the basic wash, which is not that expensive, and it cleaned it up good! Then around the side to the free vacuuming area, and cleanup zone, and off you go! A wonderful stop for whenever you need to spiff your vehicle up! Fast and affordable with nice folks!
I stopped by today for a quick wash to get the pollen off my car. A sweet fella scrubbed and scrubbed my car for over 5 minutes. He was so kind and intentional. Even after offering a tip he wouldn’t take it. 10/10 best service I’ve ever received at a car wash!! Thank YOU!
I've been to tidal wave few times and I love it and I will continue to go because the people there are so nice but this is a shout out to Brantlee York for being one of the nicest young men and so helpful to answer any questions you might have...Thank you Brantley so much for going the extra mile..
Took our Jeep in this morning for a quick wash. After leaving we noticed one entire side was not cleaned. Took it back and they explained how with Jeeps they have to pull the rotating brushes back some to keep from ripping off the plastic fenders. They made it right and our Jeep looks great. Top notch customer service, I can't say enough about the great service we got. We will be going back and you should too.
