Took our Jeep in this morning for a quick wash. After leaving we noticed one entire side was not cleaned. Took it back and they explained how with Jeeps they have to pull the rotating brushes back some to keep from ripping off the plastic fenders. They made it right and our Jeep looks great. Top notch customer service, I can't say enough about the great service we got. We will be going back and you should too.
A car wash is a car wash, but Tidal Wave goes above and beyond to make your experience and money well spent. I never realized how much I valued great service at at a car wash until I received it at Tidal Wave. And not to mention, they got all the bells and whistles to get your car looking clean. Go see em.. Yu can tell them Seth sent ya, but it won't matter, they'll treat you great regardless!
I had my car detailed by Dale Hyndman and it came out amazing. You can tell he really took pride in his work — every inch of the car looks way better than I expected. The inside feels brand new and the outside has such a nice shine. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything he was doing without rushing me. It didn’t take too long either, and the price was definitely worth it for the quality. I’ll definitely be going back whenever my car needs some love. Highly recommend!

Better car wash than I could have imagined! Friendly helpers at every stage from pre-wash through the contactless wash through all the splendid options for cleaning the car afterward -- as many wet towels and spray cleaner as anyone might need, excellent vacuums, and a floor mat cleaner. Nice rest room too. I'll be a steady customer from now on.
