What a lousy job you did on my car today! Usually I get the “hard sell” upon arriving, but thankfully that didn’t happen today. When I pulled in the area for the interior cleaning an employee immediately came up to the window and demanded my receipt (to apparently prove I wasn’t trying to just slip in without paying. ???) He wasn’t even nice about it. After my service and back on the road I noticed that the space between the driver’s seat & console had not been cleaned at all. Not even touched. One of the best car washes around. I got the monthly membership. Well worth the price for me. I go at least four or five times a week. The staff is always friendly and professional. I use the automatic car wash and thank goodness because the pollen has been awful and it is so hard to keep the car clean. With the membership there is a free self serving vacuuming and once a week the staff does it. Excellent service. Highly recommend!!!!

Was excited to get a monthly membership here bc it's right next to Sam's club where I go all the time, but I went through twice, and it stripped my license plate screws BOTH times. After the first time, I thought it was a faulty screw, but then the next time I went through it stripped my other screw. It has left tons of scratches where the license plate has fallen and scraped the car. Way too aggressive.
I've been to Tidal Wave in Sharpsburg many times since they opened. I especially like, the full service option. Upon completing the exterior wash they went through the interior cleaning the cup holders, cracks, nooks crannies and all that stuff. Cleaned the glass and vacuumed everywhere, including the trunk. I just wish I made more time to come in more often to keep my car looking as great as it did when I left!
