The cheapest car wash does a pretty good job on my truck. The covered bays that keep the Sun off. You are a nice touch. When detailing the inside of your vehicle, the towels and squirt squirt supplies are readily available. The only thing I don't like is the sharp turns you have to make in order to leave the detailing bays. But I drive a full size truck so it is what it is. I've been to Tidal Wave in Sharpsburg many times since they opened. I especially like, the full service option. Upon completing the exterior wash they went through the interior cleaning the cup holders, cracks, nooks crannies and all that stuff. Cleaned the glass and vacuumed everywhere, including the trunk. I just wish I made more time to come in more often to keep my car looking as great as it did when I left!
Spent $26 for a car wash only to have the young man in the bay treat me very disrespectfully. He was condescending, rude, and argumentative. The older gentleman nearby said he would take care of the situation but I won’t be spending here to be so rudely treated.
DON’T get the interior service! I can’t even tell that my car has been touched. My car was still wet when the guy told me it was “ready.” I pointed it out, so he “dried” it off, but left half of it wet. I finally just grabbed a rag myself and dried the back. Got inside and my windshield hadn’t been wiped and the windows looked worse than before and everything still had dust! What a lousy job you did on my car today! Usually I get the “hard sell” upon arriving, but thankfully that didn’t happen today. When I pulled in the area for the interior cleaning an employee immediately came up to the window and demanded my receipt (to apparently prove I wasn’t trying to just slip in without paying. ???) He wasn’t even nice about it. After my service and back on the road I noticed that the space between the driver’s seat & console had not been cleaned at all. Not even touched.
