I don't see how anyone can give this place less than 5 stars! In my opinion, this is one of the best car washes around. I've used Tidal Waves from Florida to North Dakota but this is my favorite one. They do a prescrub before you enter the actual wash, the wash itself is very generous with the soap and suds. It does a good job with getting the car clean and rinsing. It also has a tire section at the end and that cleans your wheels and this is all with their basic wash. I'm one of their monthly members using their subscriptio... read more
I had a wash and detail service on my wife's truck. The detailer by the name of Tyler (He was the one with glasses, there was two of them) was very professional and did a fantastic job. This was my first time here and will now be my regular wash for now on. I appreciate the kind of service I received. Thank you Tital Wave.
I'm glad this Tidlewave has an interior cleaning service to offer. I am extraordinary happy with the employee Shane who is very professional, polite, fast & thorough with his cleaning. Most of all he seems like he really cares about his work. He is on a different level of cleaning than the others.
The fella with the glasses, Tyler was his name, he had excellent customer service and his knowledge of the industry was extremely exceptional. He had answers for all my questions and explanations that didn’t leave me scratching my head. I had a great experience!
Shane single-handedly took care of my car without any assistance from the time I pulled in until the time I pulled out. He did so as he was finishing up the car before me. When two of the others attendants completed their cars they disappeared and no one took started on my car. After Shane completed his car he immediately came to me and apologized that no one had started mine and stated he would take care of mine. He did so and did an amazing job by himself. He took care of my car from the beginning to the end.
