I have used tidal wave in the past no issues but recently I've had a few issues. Ive paid for the package that uses the roller to dry the car half the time It just shows i got the cheaper package and doesn't do the roller. Ive noticed damage to my paint when I took it in for a wash. I didn't take pictures prior so I know they'd deny responsibility. Its a 16 year old car. I understand that. Great experience every time, Lucas Miller and Carter Kinley did a fabulous job detailing my car. Looks fresh off the lot. Very friendly guys and I was in and out in no time! Highly recommend this car wash.

I had a wash and detail service on my wife's truck. The detailer by the name of Tyler (He was the one with glasses, there was two of them) was very professional and did a fantastic job. This was my first time here and will now be my regular wash for now on. I appreciate the kind of service I received. Thank you Tital Wave.

The last two times through have not been the best. Vehicles are being run to close together for equipment to recognize the proper vehicle or even if there is one. Today, last dry roller did not even touch the vehicle. Time before last, did not even recognize the vehicle. Had to get it run through again to be properly washed. Paying for graphix4, should be better service. Was contemplating membership but have not been convinced it's worth it at this point.

The fella with the glasses, Tyler was his name, he had excellent customer service and his knowledge of the industry was extremely exceptional. He had answers for all my questions and explanations that didn’t leave me scratching my head. I had a great experience!
