I don't see how anyone can give this place less than 5 stars! In my opinion, this is one of the best car washes around. I've used Tidal Waves from Florida to North Dakota but this is my favorite one. They do a prescrub before you enter the actual wash, the wash itself is very generous with the soap and suds. It does a good job with getting the car clean and rinsing. This the first time it has happened, but I was waiting to get my truck detailed. I needed to walk on the passenger side to grab something and what did I see. An employee getting change out of my lil change bin. So 2 things 1- make sure your vehicle is clean before they start detailing it 2- PUT your change up in a safe place. Won’t be back ever again. Thanks for the memories

I have used tidal wave in the past no issues but recently I've had a few issues. Ive paid for the package that uses the roller to dry the car half the time It just shows i got the cheaper package and doesn't do the roller. Ive noticed damage to my paint when I took it in for a wash. I didn't take pictures prior so I know they'd deny responsibility. Its a 16 year old car. I understand that. I had a wash and detail service on my wife's truck. The detailer by the name of Tyler (He was the one with glasses, there was two of them) was very professional and did a fantastic job. This was my first time here and will now be my regular wash for now on. I appreciate the kind of service I received. Thank you Tital Wave.

I'm glad this Tidlewave has an interior cleaning service to offer. I am extraordinary happy with the employee Shane who is very professional, polite, fast & thorough with his cleaning. Most of all he seems like he really cares about his work. He is on a different level of cleaning than the others.
