BEWARE of damage! Roof trim was ripped off during wash, and was immediately reported and documented with staff. (See picture) Management was supposed to call me and didn’t. I’ve called them several times and have not gotten a response. 2 calls and voicemails, no response. Day 8, I called the corporate office to make a complaint, then the manager called me back. Used to love this car wash until i realized over time it was just scratching and tearing up my car and the quality of the wash isn’t even that good. The tire brush leaves a gross dirt/ mud like residue on your rims that you have to wipe off which is inconvenient considering the fact it’s an automatic car wash place.
Great car wash experience. Best to buy one of the packages offered. I have the unlimited car washes and frequently go through. The vacuums have great strong suction and they have towels available to use to wipe down your car with after you exit the car wash. Usually have no issues going straight through even when there is a line.
When my car wash was being reconstructed I didn’t have another car wash to turn to(that was close by). So I went to Tidal Wave and I was blown away by their service. The step by step process of two people preparing your car first then going through the wash. Made my experience worth it. I would love to come back.
BEWARE: This used to be my go to Car Wash until recently. Last week, a worker stopped me from ordering my car wash at the kiosk and instead put my order wash into a tablet he was holding and took my card to pay. I asked for the cheapest $15 Simply Clean car wash and instead he charged me $30 for the most expensive car wash. He purposefully stopped me so he could do it on the tablet where I couldn't see what he was putting in. This location is staffed by con-artists. Go somewhere else.
