Listen… this WAS the best car wash in the area. I drive 30 mins just to use this car wash. They need to be more strict about members only line to get into the gate. People were in the members only line sitting there waiting to sign up or buy a wash. Cars were driving backwards through the vacuum area. They were driving in just to use the vacuums. My car wasn’t even clean afterwards because they didn’t wash the back with the brush first….. I am CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION.
The gentleman at the kiosk was so patient and helpful. My credit card would not work, and he allowed a free car wash in my time of struggle. Great customer service.
