TC is the man, my vehicle was extra dirty and he went above and beyond by making sure it came out spotless. I highly recommend Tidal Wave for the great customer service and best carwash in statesboro ga.
I had such a great experience at this car wash! The staff was super friendly and worked quickly without missing any details. My car honestly looks brand new — they got all the dirt off, even in the hard-to-reach spots. The interior was spotless, and it smelled really fresh afterward.

I took my little Honda car into this facility for the first time. at first the bearded Gentleman was nice and got me right on through. as my car enters the wash, none of the big brushes even touched my car, no suds, nothing. i pull into the vacuum area, and saw that all the gunk and dirt WAS STILL ON MY CAR, i rolled back through and brought that to their attention, the Same Bearded Gentle man just touched my car and Said, "its too dry, you were never here" I showed him the pending charge on my card account, and he Yells at ... read more
