I just wanted to take a moment to recognize TC for the incredible service he provided when he helped us at the carwash today. He was absolutely amazing and delivered some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. You truly don’t see this level of care and professionalism very often anymore. TC went above and beyond, and he is a huge asset to your team. He definitely deserves recognition—and honestly, a raise. Thank you for having such an outstanding employee.

Listen… this WAS the best car wash in the area. I drive 30 mins just to use this car wash. They need to be more strict about members only line to get into the gate. People were in the members only line sitting there waiting to sign up or buy a wash. Cars were driving backwards through the vacuum area. They were driving in just to use the vacuums. My car wasn’t even clean afterwards because they didn’t wash the back with the brush first….. I am CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION.

I like the location, and it's a lot easier to get your car washed versus the other location, however the height makes it so the pavement scraps the bottom of my car. Not sure if I like it better than the other.

I joined the Total Wave Club today with the help of Justin, and I’m so glad I did! I got the $30 package and my minivan looks great! Not only did I get a fantastic wash, polish, shiny tires and all of the other goodies, but I saved so much money on their free vacuum service! I have 12 grandkids and you would not believe what the inside of my car looked like. Two hours later and I am finally finished!
