I have been a loyal membership customer since they opened in Statesboro until today. I was told by the attendant that I couldn’t go through because of the bed cap on my truck. The same one I’ve gone through with many times before. I went to the office and spoke with the manager who stated he is new and it was only his sixth day here. He came out and inspected the cap and compared it to people trying to come through with bed fuel tanks or handicap scooter attachments on the back of their vehicle. I appreciate the organization and quick service at our Statesboro Fair Road location. Your employees are polite and friendly and I really appreciate that kind of welcome each time I'm there. It makes a difference between your company and others.
Washed all 3 of my vehicles.. 1 day at a time and all 3 did NOT wash correctly. I had to come home and wash each vehicle by hand each time! Roof top and full rear of vehicles not washing the dirt and pollen off correctly. I had to use their Windex spray at the vacuums to finish getting some of the dirt all off. I don't think I will be returning to this facility anymore.
Never ever take your car to this place, i took my car there and the machine left a deep scratch on the door, the manager couldn't be more careless, horrible experience
Tidal Wave used to be a reliable place with free vacuums, and that was one of the reasons I chose them over competitors. Now they've started charging $5 although their own reasoning when THEY opened was that the vacuums/machines run constantly anyway, so there was no point in charging. Suddenly changing that just feels greedy. Claiming vacuums are 'free with a wash doesn't change the fact that they're now squeezing money out of customers for something that was once a core part of their service.
