I came through today to get my car washed and Christian was the one who helped me check out. He was super friendly, patient, and made the whole process really easy. It’s rare to get customer service that feels genuinely helpful, but he definitely delivered. My car looks great and the experience was smooth from start to finish. When they first opened there wash was pretty good, ive been maybe 4 times in 3 months or so on my way home from work and on all 3 of my trucks it has left crap on it that comes off with the water hose when I get home, the wheels are not a crazy design mostly flat and it misses half the wheels, the last 4 times I have been very disappointed in the quality of the was and I have the top package, its also a pain and a long process to get the package cancelled and I have been charged yet again when my water hose that comes from a... read more
I was driving NY niece's 🚗 and it badly needed just a vacuum. Being that I was not familiar with the procedure at the Hwy 80 location, Christian was extremely helpful. His customer service was perfect. He informed the other attendees of my situation and they ensured I navigated the course adequately to obtain the services I needed.
Christian was an incredible help. He personally cleaned out the back of my truck before he sent me through. Could not be anymore pleased. He was extremely professional. The best car wash in town, hands-down.
When I pulled up to the kiosk, there was no attendant there. I started to select the car wash package, and a lady walked up & said it’s not going to work - that’s why it said don’t touch. I said I didn’t see where it said don’t touch. She said well it said it on the front screen to wait for attendant. Her overall tone and attitude made me decide to pull off without a wash. Maybe just have a self service kiosk if you’re not going to have attendants without an attitude.
