Christian is great person and has excellent customer service.! He makes car washing experience feel personal and he cares about customers and offers to help in any way! He was Very informative about what car wash does for my jeep and no one has ever explained that to me! Shout out to show appreciation to valued employees, it truly makes a difference to people and the business!
I came through today to get my car washed and Christian was the one who helped me check out. He was super friendly, patient, and made the whole process really easy. It’s rare to get customer service that feels genuinely helpful, but he definitely delivered. My car looks great and the experience was smooth from start to finish. When they first opened there wash was pretty good, ive been maybe 4 times in 3 months or so on my way home from work and on all 3 of my trucks it has left crap on it that comes off with the water hose when I get home, the wheels are not a crazy design mostly flat and it misses half the wheels, the last 4 times I have been very disappointed in the quality of the was and I have the top package, its also a pain and a long process to get the package cancelled and I have been charged yet again when my water hose that comes from a... read more
I had a very lovely experience with Christian. He remembered me when I used Tidal Wave a couple of months ago and I was very pleased that he remembered me. He made signing back up a great experience and he was ready to take care of my vehicles needs. I was driving NY niece's 🚗 and it badly needed just a vacuum. Being that I was not familiar with the procedure at the Hwy 80 location, Christian was extremely helpful. His customer service was perfect. He informed the other attendees of my situation and they ensured I navigated the course adequately to obtain the services I needed.
