Love everything about this place! It's surpasses the other location in Statesboro by miles! The people are friendlier, Veronica the manager meets no stranger and really takes pride in her staff and in her car wash. Everyone you encounter has a smile on their face and is always willing to go the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. I always enjoy coming here to get my vehicle cleaned. The customer service is always great. The facility is always clean and well stocked with towels and cleaning supplies. Today (2/12/26) Christian was very helpful and recommended a great deal for a month and also upsold an even greater deal for a month. I will definitely recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa / Car wash for your auto care needs.🙂
Christian went above and beyond to help me out when I had a flat tire! I go to this car wash at least once a week and they are always so kind and helpful! The customer service is amazing and they truly want to help in very way they can!
When they first opened there wash was pretty good, ive been maybe 4 times in 3 months or so on my way home from work and on all 3 of my trucks it has left crap on it that comes off with the water hose when I get home, the wheels are not a crazy design mostly flat and it misses half the wheels, the last 4 times I have been very disappointed in the quality of the was and I have the top package, its also a pain and a long process to get the package cancelled and I have been charged yet again when my water hose that comes from a... read more
Christian is great person and has excellent customer service.! He makes car washing experience feel personal and he cares about customers and offers to help in any way! He was Very informative about what car wash does for my jeep and no one has ever explained that to me!
