Love everything about this place! It's surpasses the other location in Statesboro by miles! The people are friendlier, Veronica the manager meets no stranger and really takes pride in her staff and in her car wash. Everyone you encounter has a smile on their face and is always willing to go the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. If my car could talk, it’d probably ask me to bring it back every week. 😂 Tidal Wave did an amazing job, and Brody absolutely CRUSHED it! The service was so good I almost expected my car to start sparkling in the moonlight. Brody was friendly, hardworking, and made sure everything was spotless. Came here to get my Tacoma cleaned up and it was an excellent experience! The highlight of my visit was the attendant Brody. He was very helpful and asked me if I needed anything when I was vacuuming and offered me towels and window cleaner. The service here is unmatched!
Was borrowing my buddy Steele Elliott all goods white Chevy equinox (sports package) I drove through some muddy dirt roads and Brody was helping me wash up made it look real clean couldn’t even notice it was dirty. There some sleek sporty red stripes on the wheel that will tell you if it’s a sports package and those were so prominent after the wash. Brody is the best. And I agree with what earl twig said that short guy was pretty odd he kept trying to get me to translate his tattoo.
Its always great. I go a few times a week to the location by Lowe's and never had any issues. Staff is always friendly and excellent. Seems like they clean out the tunnel and brushes so always have a nice finish. Always enjoy going there. Only small minor recommendation i have is maybe swap out the older rags more often. I know they already do this but some have lost there absorption so they tend to smear and maybe use a dofferent color rag so. Its easier to tell if we are smearing dirt or product around.
