Love everything about this place! It's surpasses the other location in Statesboro by miles! The people are friendlier, Veronica the manager meets no stranger and really takes pride in her staff and in her car wash. Everyone you encounter has a smile on their face and is always willing to go the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. Great service in general and had a very nice conversation with the girl, Daisy, at the kiosk. Very detail oriented, helped me understand the full service I received, and had a great conversation about music! Will definitely come back from that great interaction and service from the staff member. Best customer service I’ve seen in a while.
I always enjoy coming here to get my vehicle cleaned. The customer service is always great. The facility is always clean and well stocked with towels and cleaning supplies. Today (2/12/26) Christian was very helpful and recommended a great deal for a month and also upsold an even greater deal for a month. I came through today to get my car washed and Christian was the one who helped me check out. He was super friendly, patient, and made the whole process really easy. It’s rare to get customer service that feels genuinely helpful, but he definitely delivered. My car looks great and the experience was smooth from start to finish.
