I had a great experience at this car wash! The employees were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. The wash itself did an excellent job, and I was especially impressed with the vacuums. Great car wash for the most part. If you have love bugs just ask them to pay attention to the front. Had to go through twice the other day because of bugs still on the front. The young man was so nice! Let love bugs slide before now I know to ask to spray them. Vacuums are amazing.

I had a bad experience today with truck wash being subpar. I signed up for the unlimited plan, I was excited becuase the price is fare, but when I drive through the car wash the center roller that cleans the center of the vehicle wasn't working really sucked and the air hoses don't work. When I got out and looked at my truck, it seemed still dirty. I had to use spray cleaner to clean to hood. I expected more after all the reviews which kept me from going to other places. It was my 1st time visiting Tidal Wave Car Wash and i’ll definitely be back. The man at the gate greeted me as soon as i pulled up and helped me choose a wash. He answered all my question’s throughly! The lady the directed me in was very nice and did a great job getting all the bugs off my car. I didn’t have time to use the vacuums as i was in a rush but i’ll be back for sure. They both had great customer service! The wash did an awesome job!
