First time using tidal wave, all the workers were actually working compared to Ronny’s car wash standing around on their phones. The wash cleaned my car really nice & Nicole prepped my car and even scrubbed the bugs off my front bumper. I loved my experience here.
Absolutely phenomenal! Nicole was so kind and attentive. When I couldn't figure out how to pay she walked over right away and helped me immediately! Super sweet. My car looks fantastic too! They actually scrub around my wheels and front grate which needed it terribly. Super quick, great customer service, and a 11/10 job! Definitely recommend!
Amazing customer service always! Been coming here since August of 2024, very friendly and helpful staff. Love that there are so many options for choosing a wash plan and they provide a nice area for vacuuming and drying your car. They provide towels as well. Definitely worth the money since you can literally go to any one of thier locations and use your plan!
Honestly one of the best car washes I’ve ever been to! My car came out looking spotless and super shiny. The whole place had great vibes and everyone was really friendly. Big shout-out to Tyler Pennington, he was super helpful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! 🚘
Pleasantly surprised with Tidal Wave. I had tried another nearby car wash years ago and was very disappointed in their $20 wash. I was not expecting a good wash for $21+ tax in 2025, but the Dry n Shine level was was excellent. I was pleased that the wash got almost all of the nooks and crannies in my SUV, and the tires and wheels look great. The plentiful and roomy free vacuum and wipe down stations were awesome. Will definitely visit again.
