Great car wash for the most part. If you have love bugs just ask them to pay attention to the front. Had to go through twice the other day because of bugs still on the front. The young man was so nice! Let love bugs slide before now I know to ask to spray them. Vacuums are amazing.
I had a great experience at this car wash! The employees were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. The wash itself did an excellent job, and I was especially impressed with the vacuums. They had strong suction and made it easy to get all the dirt, sand, and debris out of my vehicle. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and working properly. It was my 1st time visiting Tidal Wave Car Wash and i’ll definitely be back. The man at the gate greeted me as soon as i pulled up and helped me choose a wash. He answered all my question’s throughly! The lady the directed me in was very nice and did a great job getting all the bugs off my car. I didn’t have time to use the vacuums as i was in a rush but i’ll be back for sure. They both had great customer service! The wash did an awesome job!
I'm updating my review... last 2 times I went now the afternoon or evening shift keeps parking in the bay where the tire inflation is located. Making it very difficult to try and use that part of the service that is provided.. it seems to be happening again as it did before... so instead of pulling in and doing everything in one bag we had to move multiple times.. dropping to 4 stars..
James offered Great customer service along with a friendly attitude. I will be back and invite my family to come as well. Fresh towels vacuuming along with a basic wash for $15.
