Quality car wash, has an extra drying brush at the end, which really helps me a lot, a little expensive, but friendly staff. I would recommend, if you're seeking a quality wash-not a cheap one.
Used to be really good, went to get my car washed today, it wasn’t too dirty at all but I parked under a tree at work so there was quite a bit of bird droppings on it, just wanted to get it off. Sent the car through once and it didn’t remove everything, and usually, if ever this were to happen they would just send my car back through, no questions asked no hassle. Good wash, vacuums are in great shape, air compressor for blowing out dust in areas hard to reach, rags and all surface cleaner provided by the car wash. Attendants can be seen throughout the day checking and replacing full trash receptacles or full used rag bins. I would recommend this location as I had a great experience.
So far this has been my favorite car wash in St. Pete! Due to the great prices and equipment to clean the inside. You get a vacuum, air gun, and towels/cleaner to wipe down the inside. Quick and easy! Other places overcharge. This place outcompetes!
Cancelled my membership. This place need better employees with better customer service personnel. Has a bunch of young inexperienced people. The female giving directions is about 20 years old and has an attitude. Then when asked for a manager another 20 year old male came out with an attitude and no apologies at all. HEY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND BE APOLOGETIC EVEN IF YOU ARE RIGHT. Customer pays your paycheck.
