Scratched the heck out of our car. I would almost give two stars because the guy was nice, but then i looked again. Never seen anything this bad. See pics, these weren’t there at all before. BEWARE! We trusted it because of the positive ratings. Read the negative reviews. Oh yeah, vacuums were the worst ever as well. @owner's reply, i did brigng it up with the attendant. They told me it happens and they thought it was to do with the rinse, then proceeded to wet their finger and rub on it long enough in a few spots to find it... read more
The BEST car wash in town with the friendliest employees! The membership is well worth the money! I will continue to remain loyal to them, nothing beats a clean car and smiling faces who remember you and your kiddos when you come through 😊
I found this place on Google and am traveling across the state today-pulled in and the fella at the cashier booth was extremely kind and helpful-and happy! The female attendant welcoming me into the car wash was happy-friendly and easy to understand. (I always get nervous going into new to me car wash’s!!) thank you for a great car wash and great service!
Just bought a brand new car that the birds got the best of , decided to take it to tidal wave to get dirt and crap off of it and came out with both dirt and crap still stuck to the car plus got some brand new scratches out of it too. Very disappointed and unhappy that my car got scratched and damaged and paid 15$ for hardly a wash.
All the staff are super friendly and helpful! The last two visits I struggled with getting my new vehicle into park! Hunter was working both times and was super helpful! He takes time to explain and always has a huge smile. It sure helps this old lady that Hunter takes pride in his job and is amazing when it comes to customer service.
