I absolutely love this location of Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The convenience of their unlimited membership is fantastic, and my car comes out looking spotless every single time. The equipment is clearly well-maintained, and the upgraded washes with the Graph-X4 protective coating really make my paint shine. What truly sets them apart, though, is the staff. We used to have a membership when it first opened. Things were great. Recently opened new membership. Things have slightly went down. The first trip through the passenger side of my white car was left with muddy swirls. They let us go back through with no hassle. Not a big problem. They provide rags and sprays for vehicle interior. The rags from 3 different buckets were awful. Smelled of mildew from being stored wet. Had to go home and reclean my now musty interior. Cooper Dean Leiby, is the best car-washer ever, he made sure my car was nice and shiny, and I sense his work ethic is rubbing off on others around him. Before he started working there is was good car washes but not excellent, now that he’s there it makes me want to come back even when my car doesn’t need a wash!
