I absolutely love this location of Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The convenience of their unlimited membership is fantastic, and my car comes out looking spotless every single time. The equipment is clearly well-maintained, and the upgraded washes with the Graph-X4 protective coating really make my paint shine. What truly sets them apart, though, is the staff. Scratched the heck out of our car. I would almost give two stars because the guy was nice, but then i looked again. Never seen anything this bad. See pics, these weren’t there at all before. BEWARE! We trusted it because of the positive ratings. Read the negative reviews. Oh yeah, vacuums were the worst ever as well. @owner's reply, i did brigng it up with the attendant. They told me it happens and they thought it was to do with the rinse, then proceeded to wet their finger and rub on it long enough in a few spots to find it... read more
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The wash was quick, easy, and very convenient. My car went in dirty and came out looking shiny, clean, and refreshed. The equipment works really well and actually gets the job done even the wheels and hard-to-reach spots looked great. The location is clean, organized, and simple to pull into without a long wait. Hunter who was running the inside of the carwash was great. I took my mats over to him and he power washed them for me without any question. When he came to check on me I let him know a vacuum wasn't working and he fixed it right then. His attitude was great, the customer service was on point today. The wash was good too. I didn't catch the young man in the booth who sold me the washes name, but he was friendly and helpful as well. I will be back for the next wash.
The BEST car wash in town with the friendliest employees! The membership is well worth the money! I will continue to remain loyal to them, nothing beats a clean car and smiling faces who remember you and your kiddos when you come through 😊
