I went to Tidal Wave on 6/13/26 around 2:30pm. I had a great experience with the attendant, Taran. He informed me on the different wash deals and monthly passes at the pay station and the one I chose was great. The wash even gets in between my tires so I don't have to do it by hand like other washes. The vaccums also have good suction so it helps with the crumbs from my kids. Definitely worth your money. Would definitely recommend.
Being a member of Tidal Wave Auto Spa, you learn that no matter where you go, you can usually find one in the area. I stopped at this one and it was great, just like all the others I have visited for the last year. This is a great investment for travelers! As you know, especially in the spring, the windshield gets covered in bug juice. But at the end of my travels there is the wonderful attendant waving me in and my car comes out spotless! Thanks to all the attendants at all the Tidal Wave Auto Spa's in the lower 48!
I came to Tidal Wave a few days ago, and I can not express how much of a great job they did! The staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the employees, Allie Guzman, was amazing as she answered all of my questions with a smile on her face! Aside from the great customer service, the car wash had great prices and did an amazing job at cleaning my car with all they have to offer! Due to the great visit, I got a membership with Tidal Wave and can’t be more satisfied with my purchase!
Alexa at Tidal Wave was super helpful and friendly. She did a great job talking me through the different packages and helped me in deciding what I needed for my car. Love the free vacuum stations too. So helpful to not have only a hot 2 minutes on a vacuum as at other car washes.
We had an amazing experience today, our first time using this car wash and it was nothing less of 10/10. Shawn is brilliant and his bright attitude convinced me I wanted to become a member before I even went thru the wash. All the staff were cheerful! The vacuum and accessories worked fantastic. We are from Spring Grove and are now driving to Woodstock to get our cars detailed. Thank You!!
