What’s the point of being a member if the wash is never open? I’m beyond frustrated. I pay for a monthly membership, and almost every time I try to use it, the place is closed. No warning, no updates — just a blocked entrance and wasted time. It’s honestly a ripoff at this point. Why charge people when you can’t even stay open consistently? Finally had a chance to check this place out, the wash awesome! The bonus for me was the cleaning towels and surface and glass cleaner they have for you to use after and that is free! It’s a money and time saver. For the vacuums - my son said don’t suck up anything you want back. Super strong. Haha! Staff was super friendly too! Thanks Nick and Dominic.

Had an amazing experience at tidal wave the wash was quick and thorough, my car looked brand new. Also Gael one of the workers there went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed.

They are always closed, but yet the doors are open and the workers are just sitting and smoking, I can’t even vacuum my car because they have the cones up. What a waste. Thank god there is another car wash 2 doors down from this money pit never being open !!!!!

Shawn is awesome! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really makes sure you’re taken care of. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and the crew.
