Was great when it first opened. The past few months it's not been good. Our car has come out dirty after every wash. Attached pictures are after going through twice today. Not sure what happened but will most likely be canceling our membership as it's not worth paying so much for the car to not be clean.
Went to tidal wave for the first time last weekend and was greeted by Trevor. The car wash was nice and clean, my car came out so clean and sparkly! Trevor talked to me about the different options and prices which were surprisingly good and I enjoyed the overall experience of the car wash and the workers. I would definitely recommend!!
This place is great! I love that they provide rags and cleaning spray for your car, and the vacuums are super powerful. I also want to give a shoutout to one of the employees, Shawn—he was extremely helpful and patient while I was deciding which wash to choose. He was very personable and kind!!
My favorite by far! Really friendly staff, a special shout out to Trevor and Shawn, they’re always amazing. Great prices and always an awesome job. If you’re looking for a good place for a car wash, I highly recommend checking them out!
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! The facility was clean, efficient, and my car looked fantastic afterward. I especially want to give a shoutout to Shawn, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my visit. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and made the whole experience even better with his friendly attitude. Highly recommend this place. Great service and even better people!
