BUYER BEWARE!! I went in for a $12 car wash in January 2025. They put me on a monthly subscription $29.97 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They charged me montly for many months. When I called their home office to get a refund, they said they would only give me $29.97 back. THIS IS A SCAM and I wonder how many others have suddenly found themselves on a monthly program. I've taken it up with my credit card provider. I will never go to TIDAL again.
What’s the point of being a member if the wash is never open? I’m beyond frustrated. I pay for a monthly membership, and almost every time I try to use it, the place is closed. No warning, no updates — just a blocked entrance and wasted time. It’s honestly a ripoff at this point. Why charge people when you can’t even stay open consistently? I visited Tuesday Dec 2nd and had a great experience. The man working outside was very nice and knowledgeable and everyone did a great job. My car came out perfect and super clean and dry. That's important for winter.
The best car wash ever.. You car gets super clean.... I do wish it dry better but they have towels to use at the end. All thr workers are smiling and truly get ti know you.
Finally had a chance to check this place out, the wash awesome! The bonus for me was the cleaning towels and surface and glass cleaner they have for you to use after and that is free! It’s a money and time saver. For the vacuums - my son said don’t suck up anything you want back. Super strong. Haha! Staff was super friendly too! Thanks Nick and Dominic.
