2.5 stars. I’ll give it another chance, but the first experience wasn’t great. The attendant was courteous and helpful as he explained the packages. He was the best part of the experience. I purchased the $26 wash. I was quickly disappointed when the power washer operator only sprayed part of my vehicle, skipping the back end. The automated wash was good, but it wasn’t able to clean the back. I was quite surprised that no one was there to wipe down the windows and check things over to make sure everything was clean. This place honestly is the worst, the workers are rude especially the manager. Their car wash searched my entire black car including the plastic around the windows because they use recycled water and do not clean the machine. I filed a complaint and got three quotes and they have not gotten back to me in months what a joke honestly. In addition to this the manager laughed in my face when I brought the quotes and said it was my fault. I guess for going throught their bad car wash…?
I paid $21.00 for Dry & shine my van was still dirty and also damaged from the car wash. Tidal wave scratched the hood of my van and the passenger side.
Nick is awesome at Tidal Wave! He always brings a positive attitude and truly cares about his customers. You can tell he wants everyone to leave happy. Great service every time! Tidal wave has been the best car wash place around here in Minot
Great car wash, I have the monthly pass and go almost daily. All the workers are super friendly and informative. The vacuum area is awesome and they have rags to clean inside and outside of your car. It’s the perfect one stop shop to be the inside and outside of your car looking brand new.
