Great service in a state where the wind and dirt are always moving. Their month to month plans make sense if you come into town more than twice a month and can get a wash. James does a great job matching your needs and number of vehicles with the perfect plan. Come in for the Experience and Stay for the Great customer service.
I had the pleasure of being helped by James today, and he was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different car wash options and monthly services without ever being pushy or salesy. There was an issue delaying the car wash from starting, but James quickly stepped in and fixed the problem right away. 2.5 stars. I’ll give it another chance, but the first experience wasn’t great. The attendant was courteous and helpful as he explained the packages. He was the best part of the experience. I purchased the $26 wash. I was quickly disappointed when the power washer operator only sprayed part of my vehicle, skipping the back end. The automated wash was good, but it wasn’t able to clean the back. I was quite surprised that no one was there to wipe down the windows and check things over to make sure everything was clean. This place honestly is the worst, the workers are rude especially the manager. Their car wash searched my entire black car including the plastic around the windows because they use recycled water and do not clean the machine. I filed a complaint and got three quotes and they have not gotten back to me in months what a joke honestly. In addition to this the manager laughed in my face when I brought the quotes and said it was my fault. I guess for going throught their bad car wash…?
Chris had great customer service! But the wash experience not so much. I pay for the monthly and those dryers never dry my truck. The amount of soap residue left on it is making me question if I should cancel and try another place in town.
