Good wash. Clean facility. I appreciated the clean wiping towels after the wash to touch up places that weren’t cleaned perfectly. The young man at check in was nice a very friendly. I asked if there was a military discount, he did not know. Minot is a military town, so it’s a reasonable question, and I appreciate as a vet (USN) I went for the most expensive wash, $30. When they first opened up, they did a fantastic job, so purchased the monthly option. I chose the mid range in price. This is the results now. Has been this way ALL winter, I go weekly to get the snow and salt of my pickup. The brush to get the back on one side has not been working ALL winter. As you go through, you can see the vehicle in front of you clear as day until the soap get released. The rinse after the soap is pathetic, barely a drizzle. The soap gets blown away by the blowers, there is no rinse to speak of.... read more
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, good clean. S/o to Nick! I came back from a road trip, he took his time to actually power wash the bugs off my grill. & was happy to do so! I really appreciated that.
They have incredible staff; they helped me move my things from the back of my car to the front, free of charge.
2.5 stars. I’ll give it another chance, but the first experience wasn’t great. The attendant was courteous and helpful as he explained the packages. He was the best part of the experience. I purchased the $26 wash. I was quickly disappointed when the power washer operator only sprayed part of my vehicle, skipping the back end. The automated wash was good, but it wasn’t able to clean the back. I was quite surprised that no one was there to wipe down the windows and check things over to make sure everything was clean.
