Horrible customer service,bologna policies and they rope you in any chance they can. Their system is messed up and they won't fix their issues. Makes me not want to trust them ever again. I followed their policies and information they gave me and somehow their system " magically didn't cancel" my plan and continues to charge me. I had a fantastic experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash, and I have to give a special shoutout to Anthony, the site leader. From the moment I pulled in, he was welcoming, professional, and clearly takes great pride in running a smooth, efficient operation. Fun for my kid, but the only reason the membership is worth it is because I travel extensively for work and can wash anywhere in the country. Last month, I went on vacation to Montgomery, AL. That location did everything right... taking enough time to spray the front of the truck and scrub the bugs off, taking the time to brush the tailgate down, and loaded it into the wash with the roller pushing the rear tire instead of the front so that the truck comes all the way through the wash without stopping halfway under the fin... read more

I stopped here on the road after a pheasant flew right into the side of my car. It was a mess and Lora was so understanding, thoughtful and just walked through the cleaning process so easily for me. I was stressed and sad and she was so kind. I will stop here every time I am in the area. I cannot say enough about how impressed o am! Thank you for an amazing experience, Lora! So clean and so worth every cent. I only wish I could have tipped!!
