I have been a member of Tidal Wave Car Wash for some time, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing and left me frustrated. During my wash, one of the tire rollers seized and pinched my tire so hard that it popped the bead, causing my tire to go completely flat. I watched helplessly as the air left my tire while I was still in the wash, receiving warnings in my car to pull over safely. I have been a member since the opening in Austin MN and at first it was amazing! The car actually got cleaned they would actually spray your car down. Now most of the nozzles are plugged in the carwash you get a half ass wash. Soap only comes out of 1 nozzle on the first thhing u go under. The sprayers stop half way down the car. Car is always still dirty after. I pay for the biggest package and I still have to scrub my car down with the rags and spray by the vacuums ugh. Please fix this place up its a disappointment. The car wash got my car very clean and the vacuums were very strong! Not only was the service good but the workers there were unbelievably kind! My car broke down and a kind man helped us jump start it! 10/10 experience. It was amazing be there.
The Tidal Wave personnel in Austin care about what your car looks like and what your experience is like while at the carwash. Gavin took the extra time to remove pesky bugs and explain to me how the carwash actually works. Very pleasant gentleman. Lucas is also very friendly every time I got through offering a wave or welcome back. Highly recommend this site for keeping your car sparkling clean!
Fun for my kid, but the only reason the membership is worth it is because I travel extensively for work and can wash anywhere in the country. Last month, I went on vacation to Montgomery, AL. That location did everything right... taking enough time to spray the front of the truck and scrub the bugs off, taking the time to brush the tailgate down, and loaded it into the wash with the roller pushing the rear tire instead of the front so that the truck comes all the way through the wash without stopping halfway under the fin... read more
