Fun for my kid, but the only reason the membership is worth it is because I travel extensively for work and can wash anywhere in the country. Last month, I went on vacation to Montgomery, AL. I love using Tidal Wave. Gets the car clean inside & out. The drying station is so convenient with vacuums, glass cleaner & drying cloths. Jose did a nice job of prepping my car before going through the wash today. Sure helped get some of those baked on bugs off.

Horrible customer service,bologna policies and they rope you in any chance they can. Their system is messed up and they won't fix their issues. Makes me not want to trust them ever again. I followed their policies and information they gave me and somehow their system " magically didn't cancel" my plan and continues to charge me.
