after running my vehicle through this place do not go here. $30 to get your driver side scratched to pieces.. This place is hiring new management so they clearly can’t get any new alignments. They’re charging outrageous prices just to throw a bunch of useless chemicals on your car that get beat and sprayed off a second later. So I washed my 2008 Toyota Tacoma here today 1/15/25 and it was busy. They typically have an attendant at the entrance to assist you with your selections and purchase. One should also note that there are two lanes to enter through, on the left is for members, while on the right are non-members. Discounts await those who choose the membership path. We've been super happy with the quality of this car wash. The people who work there do a great pre-wash job. There's rarely a line and the whole place, start to finish, is very convenient and fast.
I was always a big fan of this place and have been a member for a longtime. Today changed all of that. I am beyond angry at the amount scratches it left on my truck today. I’m now going to have to hire someone to fix these damages that are all the way around the truck!!!
Best Car wash in Richmond. Fresh towels daily... very clean outside and all equipment works perfectly every time. A guy named Trent went out of his way to get bird poo off my car... I appreciated that so much. He takes his time on the pre wash and your car comes out amazing. Thank you Trent for taking care of my car and doing your job right the first time. Definitely recommend this business if you like your vehicle clean and looking good go see them..
