after running my vehicle through this place do not go here. $30 to get your driver side scratched to pieces.. This place is hiring new management so they clearly can’t get any new alignments. They’re charging outrageous prices just to throw a bunch of useless chemicals on your car that get beat and sprayed off a second later. So I washed my 2008 Toyota Tacoma here today 1/15/25 and it was busy. They typically have an attendant at the entrance to assist you with your selections and purchase. One should also note that there are two lanes to enter through, on the left is for members, while on the right are non-members. Discounts await those who choose the membership path. I was always a big fan of this place and have been a member for a longtime. Today changed all of that. I am beyond angry at the amount scratches it left on my truck today. I’m now going to have to hire someone to fix these damages that are all the way around the truck!!!

This car wash was always pretty good. But my husband and I have both noticed a decline in quality. Today my car looked very dirty even after going through the wash and there were many vacuums that were out of service. I brought it to the attention of a staff member who started going around and checking vacuums. But overall we are unhappy with the quality and have cancelled our membership.

The Team at the Madison county location is Awesome, Attentive ,Very Polite! I had to cancel my membership due to my New truck would not fit. It was too tall. I love this place. They do a great job. Their washes are awesome. The membership is the best in the world. I’ve been a long time member until my truck can’t fit and I’m very upset about it.
