So I washed my 2008 Toyota Tacoma here today 1/15/25 and it was busy. They typically have an attendant at the entrance to assist you with your selections and purchase. We've been super happy with the quality of this car wash. The people who work there do a great pre-wash job. There's rarely a line and the whole place, start to finish, is very convenient and fast.
The Team at the Madison county location is Awesome, Attentive ,Very Polite! I had to cancel my membership due to my New truck would not fit. It was too tall. I love this place. They do a great job. Their washes are awesome. The membership is the best in the world. I’ve been a long time member until my truck can’t fit and I’m very upset about it. I had a great experience at Tidal Wave car wash. My vehicle looks amazing and I was in and out really quick. I also want to highlight Maddie, she was friendly, helpful and made sure all my questions regarding my new membership were answered. It’s refreshing to find someone that actually cares about doing a good job and takes pride in customer service! Thanks again!
Went through the wash and Maddy is there almost every time we are there. Today she not only done her part in line but came out to the vacuums and double checked for bugs still on the suv. That’s why we have 5 vehicles that use that wash!!
