We've been super happy with the quality of this car wash. The people who work there do a great pre-wash job. There's rarely a line and the whole place, start to finish, is very convenient and fast.

Best Car wash in Richmond. Fresh towels daily... very clean outside and all equipment works perfectly every time. A guy named Trent went out of his way to get bird poo off my car... I appreciated that so much. He takes his time on the pre wash and your car comes out amazing. Thank you Trent for taking care of my car and doing your job right the first time. Definitely recommend this business if you like your vehicle clean and looking good go see them..

So I washed my 2008 Toyota Tacoma here today 1/15/25 and it was busy. They typically have an attendant at the entrance to assist you with your selections and purchase. One should also note that there are two lanes to enter through, on the left is for members, while on the right are non-members. Discounts await those who choose the membership path. I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! Garret and Tanner did an excellent job on the pre-wash, making sure every detail was taken care of before I went through the full package and auto wash. Their attention to detail really made a difference—the car came out looking spotless. Highly recommend this location and their team!

My first time.there. I chose the basic wash for $12 and before entering, a man scrubbed the grill, windshield and rear of car. The wash itself had a lot of brushes and did.an excellent job. The blower dried the car off real good. We got out to look at the car and it was real shiny and so were the tires. This is my car wash from now on. Thanks Tidal Wave!
