So I washed my 2008 Toyota Tacoma here today 1/15/25 and it was busy. They typically have an attendant at the entrance to assist you with your selections and purchase. One should also note that there are two lanes to enter through, on the left is for members, while on the right are non-members. Discounts await those who choose the membership path. The Team at the Madison county location is Awesome, Attentive ,Very Polite! I had to cancel my membership due to my New truck would not fit. It was too tall. I love this place. They do a great job. Their washes are awesome. The membership is the best in the world. I’ve been a long time member until my truck can’t fit and I’m very upset about it. We've been super happy with the quality of this car wash. The people who work there do a great pre-wash job. There's rarely a line and the whole place, start to finish, is very convenient and fast.
