Awesome staff, facility, services. The employees are so kind and go above and beyond. My only qualm is that both lanes should be open to club members because there’s a line on that side every time. And if it is already that way, the signage needs to reflect that haha. Still, yet- a great place to get a car wash and the membership is worth it!
Love this place! People are super friendly! Love the finished dry wipe off at the end! The only place that does this. And if there's a problem they'll let you go back to watch to correct the problem. People complain because of business is supposed to be completely perfect no business is perfect. What is the people that make the business! And this place is well organizer setup! Thank you for the membership!
I love Tidal wave! The workers are always super friendly, efficient, and my car always comes out super clean!! This car wash is the best in Winchester, I would recommend it to anyone. 10/10
Regretting getting a membership I’ve never been one to get a membership to a car wash but at the time it sounded like a great deal. However every time I go to the car wash, I’m met with dirty looks by the workers, like they’re pissed they have to do anything. Not like they do much of anything, they used to scrub your car before you enter. Now it’s hit or miss, and if they do scrub it then they don’t even get it soapy or get more than a quarter of the window . The first time I took my F-150 XL they said it was fine. Was going to pay for a club card but glad I didn't. The second time I went in I was denied, after sitting in line for 30 minutes. Then they would not move the cones so I could make a turn while other people waited. Make sure you take your vehicle through the wash at least five times before buying a club membership.
