I mean, it is just a car wash place, but it might be my favorite. The open window as your car goes through makes a big difference going through the tunnel, and the covered vacuum area is amazing. It has a great setup with plenty of different types of vacuums, even a blower to blow out crumbs in small spaces and towels near your spot. I was impressed and found it very fast and efficient. I'd go back even though I love almost 40 minutes away!
Love this place! People are super friendly! Love the finished dry wipe off at the end! The only place that does this. And if there's a problem they'll let you go back to watch to correct the problem. People complain because of business is supposed to be completely perfect no business is perfect. What is the people that make the business! And this place is well organizer setup! Thank you for the membership!
I love Tidal wave! The workers are always super friendly, efficient, and my car always comes out super clean!! This car wash is the best in Winchester, I would recommend it to anyone. 10/10
I will not be going back. The car is not clean and was left with specks of paint missing all over. I got the 30 dollar graph-x4 wash. Very unhappy!!!
Graph-4X $30, and they smeared the pollen on my windows. It wasn’t removed. The pollen is only a few days old as well. Overpriced and underperformed. I’ll do it myself by hand for free in the future. I’m glad I refused the $50 monthly subscription. EDIT: I got out of the car to look at it, and it’s much worse. They didn’t get any of the bird stains out.
