Worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. $30 to come home with black oil spots all over my 26’ car. Went through a different car wash afterwards and the spots won’t come off. Towels were extremely sour and made my car and hands stink. Glass ended up streaky as well. Photos are after the *second* car wash and a wipe down to get the black spots off. Ended up having to scrub every inch of the car to get them off.
Hands down one of the best car washes I’ve been to. The line moved quickly, and the staff was friendly and professional from start to finish. They actually take the time to prep your car before it goes through, which made a big difference. My car came out spotless—no missed spots, no water streaks, just a really clean finish. Yet another car wash that feels the need to do away with the standard kiosk method of getting a car wash and they want to force you to deal with a sales pitch to try to get you to subscribe to a monthly plan. Why are we going backwards? Let me make my own decision on what I want without having to interact with anyone. Also while we're at it I don't know if this one does it but you absolutely do not need to scan my license plate.
Highly not recommend this car wash! Today 12/28/25, I would like to bring to the attention of the manager of this car wash about the horrible service I received at around 6-7pm. I made a complaint about my car not being washed after going through the washing bay due to no single drop of soap to wash the car. I took my beloved Camaro that I truly adore to the car wash in. Evan Had the best customer service that I have experienced in a long, long time he is amazing. He explained everything to me. I will definitely be back because of Evan! … I don’t trust just anybody to touch my car in this place gets my support 100% because of their great employee Evan !!! 10 stars !!!!!
