It hasn’t even been an hour since I got my car washed. I paid $26 dollars and my car has oil spots I can easily run my finger through not to mention, all the bug juice on the front of my car. I haven’t had any work done on my car just came straight home. I live less than 5 minutes from the car wash so really don’t know how I could’ve accumulated this much on my car since then. Use to be a good car wash but recently the tire shine is putting out a bit too much causing it to splatter onto the body(happens to all 4 tires). A pain when you go there to wash your car but have to clean it afterwards.
We got the $30 wash. The ladies working were nice & friendly. We were told about the $9.99 a month special and we were going to get it, if the car wash did a good job… It did a horrible job! I think it’s the worst car wash we’ve ever been through. Our car which is new and we clean regularly (we have a membership with the competition) looked exactly the same after the wash. The $30 wash! Definitely NOT the best. When they 1st opened it was great. After the 1st year the compressed air stopped working and to this point in time is STILL not working. Only Half the vacuums work. The tunnel wash doesn't wash very good at all. If you say something to the attendant they just blow you off like they dont care. The towels used for drying your vehicle do NOT GET WASHED the only get dried somewhat. Will leave a nasty residue on your glass if you use them. Hear me out.. I’m not one to think my business matters more then anyone else.. but how come I have someone taking my payment half hazardly taking my payment (card) moving quick with it… and not giving the point of sale system time to process a payment then want to ask me for another card trying to play me as broke. It’s a bad look hope you see this. As a professional I would say it is better to have a full self service system then to have a half nonchalant person collecting payments.
