This is a great place to get your car washed. I’ve been here for years and the staff is amazing. Montez the Day shift manager is amazing and he’s always willing to go above and beyond for your service. I recommend this place for your cleaning service.
The vacuums are never working or the suction is weak. I’m never able to clean my car inside at this location due to poor vacuum service. Please fix this. Some vacuums are broken off, others don’t suction, leaving customers fighting for a spot that we hope works better.
I had an amazing experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The facility itself is clean, efficient, and my car came out looking spotless, but what really stood out was the customer service.
