My car looks so good, like it was just bought off the lot again, there was a man named Michael who was so kind and helpful. He made sure i was informed on everything and was so sweet. My car looks so nice and was definitely better experience than any I’ve had anywhere else. Will be coming back!
Pulaski-TN: This is THE poorest excuse for a car wash I’ve ever seen. The manager and owner should be embarrassed of the quality of wash and service provided. Anyone who would knowingly pay the monthly membership to this place is a fool. They sell you the membership because it will take you 10 washes to actually get your car clean. It’s a joke. The 1 star is only for the decision I was given for window damage. I used a fresh cloth & cleaner on the inside driver’s window & immediately it distorted the coating on the window. The employee did a report & took pictures. The manager called me a week later to inform me that they were not responsible. My reply was “it was your supplies & not my responsibility”. Employee Sam Harwell seems very dedicated to his job! Very friendly and personable! He listened regarding the problem areas that needed to be cleaned and did his best to help!
Fun .. kids of all ages will like it. It's not too noisy. My dog did not panic during the car wash. The attendants are friendly and efficient. The price of a clean can be alarming, but the smoking deal on the membership can help offset it. I'm sure it's just my imagination but my car runs better when it's clean 🫶🏾
