I come here like every single day. The monthly membership price is about the price of one car wash and I can was, vacuum, and throw out my trash daily. The kids working here are usually pretty efficient and responsible. Definitely worth a monthly membership.
Very decent car wash. The spot For vacuuming you car is the best in town. I would leave a four star review but I was lied to by the attendant that was at work that day. I was told sense I was buying the expensive car wash I might as well go ahead and get on the monthly deal they have. I was told it was the same price as the car wash I was purchasing. Seemed like a good deal. I was charged 57$. To be honest I still see the value, but they played me and I will be canceling my subscription and using other places going fo... read more
I had a plan in Missouri for 2 years. One day my truck was suddenly "too wide". We're in Tupelo traveling and my husband wanted to give them another chance with his Gladiator. First the attendant thought his tires (12.5) were too wide...then spent 5 mins measuring...decided we could go in. The wash didn't touch the passenger side of the vehicle and did a terrible job on the driver side. Will never use a Tidal Wave again.
I am from out of town, when paying over $30 for a wash I expect to have the bugs removed or allow to go threw again to remove them, this goes with out saying I have a ceramic coat on my vehicle. So the wash is very poor if it doesnt remove them especially with a guy that brushes the front. I will add that the rinse and soap dispensers were half plugged when I went threw the wash providing only sections of my vehicle w soap and other additives that were paid to coat my vehicle.
I had a wonderful car wash thanks to Jack and his superior customer service skills! He deserves all of the praise for being a great worker and I will definitely be coming back to see him again!
