I really enjoy taking my car to Tidal Wave in Tupelo. I have always had a great experience with the staff. Elijah helped me most recently, and he was so nice, professional, personable and engaging. The first thing I saw when I drove up was his big, warm smile as he asked how he could help me. They go out of their way to make your experience a good one. I've never been so excited about a car wash in my entire 55 years of life! I've lived in 4 states and many more cities throughout the USA and never have I been so excited to get my car washed. I know, it's crazy. But it's true! I love that they offer a family memberships (at 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 prices). We love this car wash, its great entertainment for my 6 year old. It generally does a good job, only once have to asked to go back around due to the excessive bug guts that were stuck like hot glue to my grill. 2nd time around got the gunk much better. The one things that always chaps my hiney is the glass cleaner cloths. They always seem "damp" and they always make my glass worse than it was. They smear and streak, its terrible. We had a lot of bugs on the front of our car due to traveling. It didn't get them off the first time through, so Corbin sent us back through and hand washed the front of the car with a brush!! Very helpful youngman! Thank you Corbin! 😊
