I've never been so excited about a car wash in my entire 55 years of life! I've lived in 4 states and many more cities throughout the USA and never have I been so excited to get my car washed. I know, it's crazy. But it's true! I love that they offer a family memberships (at ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ฅ๐ prices). And I love that members have their own entrance (where our sticker gets scanned) and we can enter immediately rather than wait in line on their busy days/times. Went through the other day and a nice young man named Aiden Croft helped me vacuum my truck out. He was so nice and explained all the packages they offer!ย
First time and last time. When we went through the wash, we heard a very loud noise and were concerned something was damaged. Well, it was. When I went to get someone, the guy told me that the sunroof wind blocker was an aftermarket item and they would not do anything to fix it even though it was broken by the wash. Ok, I can understand that, but here is where it went off the rails. I asked the guy if I could at least take off the broken pieces and run it back through again. I really enjoy taking my car to Tidal Wave in Tupelo. I have always had a great experience with the staff. Elijah helped me most recently, and he was so nice, professional, personable and engaging. The first thing I saw when I drove up was his big, warm smile as he asked how he could help me. They go out of their way to make your experience a good one. Went Wednesday for the free car wash that morning, the staff was very nice and helpful. They were offering the highest level wash for free. After I got through at went home I noticed my car was still very dirty and my windows had streaks on them. I looked around more and noticed my car was all scratched up. There were little micro scratches in circle and line patternes all over the front and back. Sad to see happen.
