I went through the car wash for the first time ever and was very happy with the service. I met a young lady by the name of Dana Vail and she was directing cars into the wash. She had a cheerful smile and a good attitude. Thumbs up all the way around.

I am not one to write car wash reviews, but having visited most of them in town, I will note that Tidal Wave provides the best services. A young man named Jack was particularly helpful on a recent visit. Kudos to TW and Jack.

I am from out of town, when paying over $30 for a wash I expect to have the bugs removed or allow to go threw again to remove them, this goes with out saying I have a ceramic coat on my vehicle. So the wash is very poor if it doesnt remove them especially with a guy that brushes the front. I will add that the rinse and soap dispensers were half plugged when I went threw the wash providing only sections of my vehicle w soap and other additives that were paid to coat my vehicle.

Great experience with Tidal Wave. Jack was so helpful. He was friendly and took time to show me how to use the vacuums and where all the cleaning supplies were. Having the towels, sprays, and tools right there to use makes it very easy. Jack is definitely a hand to keep around and I will be sending everyone I know over to Tidal Wave and to ask for Jack.

Honestly they're really great. My truck had some super stuck on mud that I wasn't expecting them to try and get off but they still tried. I really appreciated it and definitely made me glad I got the unlimited membership!
