I am from out of town, when paying over $30 for a wash I expect to have the bugs removed or allow to go threw again to remove them, this goes with out saying I have a ceramic coat on my vehicle. So the wash is very poor if it doesnt remove them especially with a guy that brushes the front. I will add that the rinse and soap dispensers were half plugged when I went threw the wash providing only sections of my vehicle w soap and other additives that were paid to coat my vehicle.

I went to Tidal Wave in Tupelo for the first time on my own after getting a new vehicle and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t totally used to driving it yet. I really wanted it to look pretty and stay as nice as the day I brought it home, but I was a little nervous pulling in by myself with a car I’m still getting comfortable in. Does not even get the car clean. I came here with too high of an expectation, but save your time and money and let your kids wash your car. I still had dirt and bugs on my truck.
