I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to save the next person the headache I went through. I recently moved from Brandon, MS, and needed a new car wash for my large, new truck. When I first joined their membership program, I only had a chase bar installed — no Baja lights yet. Later, I added Baja lights and fully expected I might need to cancel my membership, as I assumed they would interfere with the wash. Would give zero if I could. Went through the wash, the girl who lashers soap on it hit my car with the hard side of the brush. Then it left water marks all over it because the dryers didn’t fully dry. Went to the vacuum and used their rags and got it off my car myself. $12 for an equivalence of rain. No cleaning. Their “glass and surface cleaner” left awful residue on my windows. In the photos included it’s not a foggy day- just the residue.
I come here often but I’m writing a review today because of the employee Ashton. I ran over some paint that had spilled off of a truck on the interstate and it got all over the side of my car. He went above and beyond and took the time to really scrub it off well before I went into the car wash. Thank you Ashton! The tidal wave team are always smiling and happy to help me.
Best car wash on the coast! I bring my car a few times a week and my car always looks spectacular! David, the GM always has the best attitude and he’s always so helpful! Thank you so much for providing a great wash with great customer service!
First visit last week (21Aug23). Many wash plans as well as a monthly plan. I did the one time wash that was $21.00 The attendants take a soapy broom/brush and wipe the front and rear of car. Once inside, the equipment functioned well and got plenty of soap and cleaners on the car. The air blowers were strong but I still had to park and wipe some bits of soapy water off.
