Friendly service, and they seem to have stopped pushing the subscription every time I go through. Good wash, but the rolling buffer at the end is inconsistent: half the time it doesn't turn on even though I pay for the wash that includes it. Vacuums are powerful, when they're working properly: the ones next to the building rarely work properly. Definitely needs some TLC to bring it up to the high quality car wash it was when it first opened.
Tidal wave had been very good for a long period pist opening but I wood say over the course of this year has changed. Rarely do the blowers even come close to dying your vehicle much less the process ri se all of the soap off. Today the super shammy did not work and the tire shine barely sprayed. I did speak with someone who said he wa there helping from another location and yes they have had problems with the shammy. Shouldn't that be something you are told when it is only on the most expensive two packages?
My membership was messed up and the manager and the associates were kind and attentive to making sure I was taking care of. The wash itself is decent, the tire shine that comes with the package really doesn’t do much in my opinion, but overall the customer service was great. I would recommend it to people for the customer service.
This place is ok but way overpriced for a monthly drive through car wash subscription. Nearly every time i go the vacuums are stopped up with trash or not working properly. I pay for the best premium wash package and I'm skeptical if they even give me what I pay for. The lights that are supposed to light up to say which wash you are receiving dont work and havnt in several months at least maybe longer. I wish Ocean Springs had better, and nicer options where I dont feel like I'm being robbed for a shifty experience to begi... read more
Super friendly. The two men this morning were hustling!! My trucks clean and the tire shine looked great! Definitely recommend
