In February of this year my wife and I both purchased the Graph-X4 unlimited clean club plans from our local Tidal Wave in ************, **. The monthly cost for each vehicle is $49.97 with a five-dollar discount for the second vehicle for a monthly total of $94.94. Zero stars if they would allow it. We got a car wash around April 19 of 2023. Their employee was insistent that she buy the monthly subscription of car washes. My wife was insistent that we don't as we do not live in ************ area full time. She would have never authorized a monthly charge, as we live in ******* now but lived in **** at the time. We were only down there for spring break. I suspect they incentivized their employees to sell the subscriptions and had an employee that did not follow procedures. They continue... read more
