A BIG shout out to Kailey for excellent customer service at the Lady's Island Tidal Wave Auto Spa! Unfortunately, while at Tidal Wave I accidentally vacuumed up a small item that was on my console. After speaking to management, I was told to come back several hours later at closing time and ask to have the contents of the vacuum canister sorted to find the item. Sierra was the first person I saw. She greeted me with a smile and a wave. Sooo sweet. Very well dresses and competent. As I was going into the car wash she waved again. Rex is so on top of his place. It’s always clean and tidy. They have the best vacuums I’ve found. With cloths and spray at each station. I have never been disappointed.
Spring pollen season is here and my car needed cleaned. I paid for the $12 wash. Only took a few minutes to run through from start to finish. They taped my rear wiper with blue painters tape to avoid damage. That was a very nice jester — it did not stick during the wash. Thankfully my rear wiper still attached and working. I was very impressed with the vacuum suction — nooks and crannies are clean!
I really love the convenience and and cleanliness of this car wash. So long as my car isn’t caked in weeks of pollen and dirt I leave with a sparkling clean car. Staff is always super friendly, whether it’s somebody welcoming me when driving in or Kaliq asking me how my day is or if I need anything when I’m vacuuming out my car. It’s always great to see the smiling faces at Tidal Wave
Took my brand new 2025!Toyota Camry through and it left swirl marks all over the car..if you value your paint job in any way ,please use a touch less car wash,or do it yourself…then maybe you should clean your rollers ! My brand new car is ruined …and Rex could care less..did t even look at my car and wouldn’t give me a refund! This place is horrible…you know in your heart your wrong and I hope you get shut down…and your not sorry!!!
