Boo. Never going back. My first time trying out this car wash. I asked two attendants which wash they recommended. It was the $20. Hot wax. After I drove through & then out of the car wash, I saw that my car was still very dirty on the hood… I took it back immediately to show them it was not clean and was met with attitude and told that “this isn’t really a car wash. Rex at the Beaufort, South Carolina car wash is awesome! He was very helpful when my home car wash in Brevard North Carolina had messed up my account. As opposed to not letting me in he went in and researched the account issue and then gave me the very best wash he has. He Is exceptional at customer service and the Beaufort South Carolina car wash is great because of him.
It is a rare thing to find valuable employees, who know that their actions represent not just their own character, but are representatives of their employer. I want to specifically send a shout out to Tidal Wave employee, Von, who went WAY beyond in seeing that my car was cleaned, even before it entered the automatic car wash. He even picked Spanish Moss out of my front wiper blades piece by piece. Von, you deserve a raise! And to you, and to whomever raised you to be such a fine young man, well done!
Von and the crew always do a good job at Tidal here in Beaufort! Car wash and vacuums work well and that customer service element brings it all together nicely. It’s what I expect from Tidal tbh
If you guys closed down I feel like we should at least get a email or posted on the website or something I understand everything needs maintenance but a notice will help . People travel and burning gas and oil just to come to the island and it’s closed .. some vacuums don’t work as good but it works . This price went from $27 to $29 and that’s the simple tire shine wash . I love tidal wave great business great wash great crew members .
