Let me start with saying I like the actual wash better than LuLus. Vehicle appears cleaner. What i don’t like and keeps me from coming more is being approached and pressured at the order screen. They pop out the back and want you to tell them quickly what you want. This results in me purchasing the lowest package consistently because I don’t know what the packages offer and I’m not going to look through them with someone hovering over me. You bought screens for a reason, utilize them and stop pressuring customers.

This is a great value for the money. I keep my car clean on the outside and the inside. I have two children they seem to grow stuff in the back seat area. They keep cleaning spray along with toilets at the free vacuums this helps tremendously

I’ve had a membership and going to this location for almost 6 months. Unfortunately that ended today. I went to the car wash today and a lifted black truck that was in front of me got stuck in the car wash. As I noticed his vehicle was not moving and my vehicle was getting closer to his I started honking my horn like crazy thinking that the guy in the truck would move forward and the workers would press the kill switch. I own a white car, and she's a certified dirty girl. I don't get to wash my car much. When I drove by and saw there were people with BRUSHES standing outside scrubbing down the cars BEFORE the machine?? I was like: "wow! I bet you my car will look amazing after this!" ... I switched from Lulus to Tidal Wave because their employees are polite, the locations are always well-staffed, and the machines always work. I have never had an issue with my barcode not working or the buffer at the end of the wash coming down to dry the windshield. There is always plenty of staff to work the entrance, do the pre-wash, run the wash, and then keep the vacuum area well-stocked. I think the big difference is their "2nd mile" initiative.
