Absolutely love this place. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. The carwash and vacuum area does an amazing job cleaning. Shout out to Jason for helping us. Due to unforeseen circumstances with a power outage, I was unable to finish my wash. I came back two days later to get another wash in that one’s place. He not only remembered me, but he made the experience easy and was extremely kind. Highly recommend this facility!

They only want to wash cars that are very clean. I ran through a mud puddle a couple days before and was told my truck was too muddy for their car wash. I normally have used Tidal Wave in the past but not any more. I've had monthly membership in the past and rarely used it. They've made enough money off of me to wash that little bit of mud off.

Please be advised STAY AWAY from this car wash!! I recently Purchased a new vehicle and decided to take it through an automated car was which I normally don't do! First time I went was fine. The second time I went through the car wash which was December 24th 2025 one of the employees notified me as I came out of the wash that my grill was hanging from my car. I got the second best car wash for my tacoma, I get out to check my mirrors and wipe them off notice it barely did anything to the hood, soap still on it, then look at the tailgate and its cover in soap still, when mentioned to staff the guy said "yeah our rinse system isn't made for big trucks." It would be really good to know that your system doesn't work on "big trucks" before I pay almost $30 for something thats going to be a half assed service, and if a tacoma is considered a "big truck" then you need to post that you c... read more

I thought I would try this car was out ,I usually use Iwash Express Dothan they are awesome. I figured this one would be just as good. it definitely is not. I spent 45 minutes, scrubbing the bugs off the front of my car bugs off my windshield and I got the $30 wash was not good at all. I can say one thing the vacuums were good and I got cloth and Windex to be able to scrub all the bugs off the front of my car in my front windshield, but I had to spend 45 minutes doing it so the car wash did not get the bugs off the front of ... read more
