We don’t live here, but we’re working here for a few months. I decided to try this car wash because of all the great reviews. While in the car wash, I heard something scrape on my passenger side, but I didn’t think anything of it because I’m in a car wash with brushes, touching my truck. No towels were given for a $26 wash for me to dry my truck. Later that evening when I picked my husband up from work, he noticed a nice long new scratch on the passenger side door. Your staff didn't know this, but my family had been without a car for three months. When we came through today my son was so excited. He's always liked going through the car wash even though it slightly scares him too 🤣. My son lit up when the gentleman outside at the first stop made a smiley face on the windshield. It was a fun time. Thanks for the laughs guys.
The car wash is great. Probably the best in the area. There are always plenty of towels to wipe everything down with and glass cleaner. The vacuums are great. The only drawback is the person trying to get you to "buy" into the monthly subscription. It is a good value if your going to wash your vehicle on a regular basis but it's still a bother. As is said to start though, this is probably the best car wash in Wiregrass area.
just signed up, and I had gone yesterday with bird poop all over my car that didn’t come off. Timothy remembered me when I came back this morning and made sure to scrub my car personally. He was super sweet and represents the business so well! Great customer service goes a long way, and Timothy nailed it! 🙌🚗✨
I travel and work in different cities and usually find a car wash to get a membership while there--This Tidal Wave is great! I never have to rewash the back after going through--shout out to Houston for prepping my car perfectly and not letting me go in reverse! :)
