Please be advised STAY AWAY from this car wash!! I recently Purchased a new vehicle and decided to take it through an automated car was which I normally don't do! First time I went was fine. I got the second best car wash for my tacoma, I get out to check my mirrors and wipe them off notice it barely did anything to the hood, soap still on it, then look at the tailgate and its cover in soap still, when mentioned to staff the guy said "yeah our rinse system isn't made for big trucks." I thought I would try this car was out ,I usually use Iwash Express Dothan they are awesome. I figured this one would be just as good. it definitely is not. I spent 45 minutes, scrubbing the bugs off the front of my car bugs off my windshield and I got the $30 wash was not good at all. Will not let me cancel. The website keeps giving me error messages. First my account number was wrong, then my name was wrong. The phone number won't connect. I'm instructed to go to the car wash to get help. Oh, and that whole takes seven days to complete the cancelation is ridiculous. Because they will charge my account again if I don't cancel immediately. Which I can't do Because of the error messages.
It used to be the best car wash in Dothan, recently 4/30/26 the vacuums have been really bad, their air compressor guns don't work, the guys pre washing your car don't do a good job anymore , most of the employees act like you are an inconvenience when you ask them to wash your mats or pressure wash the front of the car. I really wish management would do better and hold them accountable especially that they went up on prices. I really wish I could take over for one week to bring this car wash back to the way it was !
