Please be advised STAY AWAY from this car wash!! I recently Purchased a new vehicle and decided to take it through an automated car was which I normally don't do! First time I went was fine. I got the second best car wash for my tacoma, I get out to check my mirrors and wipe them off notice it barely did anything to the hood, soap still on it, then look at the tailgate and its cover in soap still, when mentioned to staff the guy said "yeah our rinse system isn't made for big trucks." It would be really good to know that your system doesn't work on "big trucks" before I pay almost $30 for something thats going to be a half assed service, and if a tacoma is considered a "big truck" then you need to post that you c... read more
Car wash left a lot to be desired. Left a ton of soap on my truck. The "clean" drying towels were pretty soaked and wouldn't soak up most of the left over soap and water. The vacuum for the driver side wouldn't work. Air blowers were weak at best. This place needs an overhaul pretty badly. I'm a full time traveler and spend a lot of time in car washes. This one was pretty poor. People were nice though so there's that.
We don’t live here, but we’re working here for a few months. I decided to try this car wash because of all the great reviews. While in the car wash, I heard something scrape on my passenger side, but I didn’t think anything of it because I’m in a car wash with brushes, touching my truck. No towels were given for a $26 wash for me to dry my truck. Later that evening when I picked my husband up from work, he noticed a nice long new scratch on the passenger side door. Your staff didn't know this, but my family had been without a car for three months. When we came through today my son was so excited. He's always liked going through the car wash even though it slightly scares him too 🤣. My son lit up when the gentleman outside at the first stop made a smiley face on the windshield. It was a fun time. Thanks for the laughs guys.
