Car wash left a lot to be desired. Left a ton of soap on my truck. The "clean" drying towels were pretty soaked and wouldn't soak up most of the left over soap and water. The vacuum for the driver side wouldn't work. Air blowers were weak at best. This place needs an overhaul pretty badly. I'm a full time traveler and spend a lot of time in car washes. This one was pretty poor. People were nice though so there's that.
Your staff didn't know this, but my family had been without a car for three months. When we came through today my son was so excited. He's always liked going through the car wash even though it slightly scares him too 🤣. My son lit up when the gentleman outside at the first stop made a smiley face on the windshield. It was a fun time. Thanks for the laughs guys.
Jay did such a good job, he scrubbed the font back and both sides of my vehicle, I was very impressed I will definitely be coming back more often and y’all will definitely be my go to car wash! He did an amazing job, the times before that I have went it was sombody different and they did not do what jay did! I was so impressed he went the extra mile!! My car was sparkle cleaned! I give This place a 5 star! Especially if you get jay when you get to the tunnel he does a wonderful job! Highly recommend!!
Seems like a really clean and well laid out car wash. Unfortunately when I went to pull through after paying a man came out and told me they could not send me through with my rack (which is steel bolted to my truck bed) on my truck. I explained to him that I've taken it countless times through other car washes that are the same as theirs with no issues. Seems like it's just a corporate issue to take care of their own liability, which I understand. It's a shame though as I will take it to the one I normally go to from here ... read more
We don’t live here, but we’re working here for a few months. I decided to try this car wash because of all the great reviews. While in the car wash, I heard something scrape on my passenger side, but I didn’t think anything of it because I’m in a car wash with brushes, touching my truck. No towels were given for a $26 wash for me to dry my truck. Later that evening when I picked my husband up from work, he noticed a nice long new scratch on the passenger side door.
