The car wash itself is very good with good equipment for detailing the inside yourself. However, if you are doing a monthly subscription and you decide to cancel it, be sure to get the person’s name and a ticket number because it doesn’t always get cancelled and they refused to refund your money when it comes out after you have cancelled service unless you have these two things. The subscription service cancellation is why I did not give them a higher star rating.

By far the best automatic car wash of used. The staff is extremely nice. They work really hard to remove bugs from the nose and the mirrors. Just an all-around good experience Every time I go. Five star in my book keep up the good work

Absolutely loved the facility. But after corporate decided to raise my rate by $ 20.00 and not even notify me about it. I had to call them and ask why my card was charged an extra 20 this month and they told me they put a sign up and were not calling or emailing anyone. I told them they violated the law by changing my CC with an unauthorized charge and they didn’t seem to care just offerd me a refunded and a goodbye. What a way to do business. Goodbye and I will never be back that's $ 700 a year you lose. 03/17/2026

The Boaz location has good clean equipment for vacuuming and the car wash itself. The staff seems to be lacking in training in moving the line from check in to the car wash itself. Sometimes the line backs up at the check in station, like today at 9am. Only 1 car went thru the wash line before the next car was ready to begin. Guntersville has a much better system. Tidal Wave is a great Car Wash overall.
