Even after asking them to help and going through the car wash twice I still need to go clean my windshield! If it can't even get bugs off the glass I am not surprised for there to be bugs on the paint and plastic still.

I am writing regarding my recent experience at the Sylacauga, Alabama location, which ultimately led me to cancel my monthly membership. I have been a paying monthly member, yet my vehicle was in the shop for approximately one full month, during which time I was unable to use my membership at all. Prior to returning my rental car, I stopped by to ask if I could print my FastPass so I could clean the rental before returning it, something I felt was simply the courteous thing to do. Shawn was superb. Such a sweet soft spoken young man and a great service. America needs more Tidal waves and more people like shawn. I got my service last week but as soon as my grand daughter showed me how, i decided to make my first review to brag about yall.

Great service, great employees. Sean was especially helpful and super nice. Will definitely return in the future. I rarely use services like this because the employees are usually not nice but everyone I spoke to was great.

Every time I come to get my truck washed, which is very often, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They always greet with a smile and a wave. Ryan has exceeded expectations a couple times with my postal vehicle. My tire cover flew off and he found it for me in the wash.
