I am writing regarding my recent experience at the Sylacauga, Alabama location, which ultimately led me to cancel my monthly membership. I have been a paying monthly member, yet my vehicle was in the shop for approximately one full month, during which time I was unable to use my membership at all. Even after asking them to help and going through the car wash twice I still need to go clean my windshield! If it can't even get bugs off the glass I am not surprised for there to be bugs on the paint and plastic still.
Shawn was superb. Such a sweet soft spoken young man and a great service. America needs more Tidal waves and more people like shawn. I got my service last week but as soon as my grand daughter showed me how, i decided to make my first review to brag about yall.
Every time I come to get my truck washed, which is very often, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They always greet with a smile and a wave. Ryan has exceeded expectations a couple times with my postal vehicle. My tire cover flew off and he found it for me in the wash.
Great service, great employees. Sean was especially helpful and super nice. Will definitely return in the future. I rarely use services like this because the employees are usually not nice but everyone I spoke to was great.
