I had recently had a "not so very pleasant experience" The first time I came and swore up and down that I'd never return but then the site leader Stephanie Bratcher found out and contacted me and told me to come on back up there and that she'd make it right and that's not how they do business at the Hartselle location and let me tell you those ladies was putting in some work in that heat! After a regular wash today, I had some bugs and junk left on my front grill and hood that I was scrubbing at in the vacuum section. The manager, Zachary Green, was filling up the carts and getting the trash and saw me. He asked if I had been through the wash and when I told him yes he said let's get you back through because we can take care of that. I’ve been here many times and I usually get a really good wash, the service is always good, however I purchased the $26 20 minutes ago and it scratched the ever loving hell out of my hood 🙃🙃 my mustang is older and there is some damage from the previous owner but I take very good care of it and try to keep it as nice as possible. If you care about your paint, I would recommend not having a car wash in this kind of wash setup. Disappointed because I’ve had good experiences otherwise.
Staff is friendly but this business doesn’t expect Apple Pay like all their other competition does. They lost my business of $12 to mister car wash that was only $10 and had Apple Pay. This owner really needs to upgrade his payment system if he wants more business. Simple Econ
We have been using this car wash since they opened here we've also used some other ones around the state when we've been near them, we are on the unlimited washable man it always does a great job cleans the car very well at least the car shining staff has always been very good highly recommend this car wash compared to the previous unlimited wash club we was on at another place this one is amazing
