Highest level membership and still only subpar service. Other than the one I signed up with, employees have been pretty rude and/or dismissive. After 4 or 5 runs through the carwash, my vehicle was still dirty. Only reason I'll give 2 stars is for the promo Thayer got my 1st month cheaper and they have good vacuums and cleaning solution that you can use after the carwash.

1 problem. Suspending your monthly membership is horrible. They only let you stop renewing. So if you go out of town for a couple weeks and you want to suspend it or like in my case of a broken knee and can't get out at all and I just got through pain. I'm going to go whole month and not use it. That's wrong. And that everybody does that. My past experience with two other places. They suspend it the day you ask him to do it and then they started up the day you ask him to do it much better.

I’ve been here many times and I usually get a really good wash, the service is always good, however I purchased the $26 20 minutes ago and it scratched the ever loving hell out of my hood 🙃🙃 my mustang is older and there is some damage from the previous owner but I take very good care of it and try to keep it as nice as possible. If you care about your paint, I would recommend not having a car wash in this kind of wash setup. Disappointed because I’ve had good experiences otherwise.

My husband bought a brand new truck one week ago and decided to go buy a membership today. We went through the wash and went straight home and a little while later he decided to go out and put rain-x on his windows and noticed his valve stem was broken off…cap and threads totally gone. After a regular wash today, I had some bugs and junk left on my front grill and hood that I was scrubbing at in the vacuum section. The manager, Zachary Green, was filling up the carts and getting the trash and saw me. He asked if I had been through the wash and when I told him yes he said let's get you back through because we can take care of that.
