I’ve been here many times and I usually get a really good wash, the service is always good, however I purchased the $26 20 minutes ago and it scratched the ever loving hell out of my hood 🙃🙃 my mustang is older and there is some damage from the previous owner but I take very good care of it and try to keep it as nice as possible. If you care about your paint, I would recommend not having a car wash in this kind of wash setup. Disappointed because I’ve had good experiences otherwise.
Let me start off by saying I had a membership with this wash for upwards of 6 months and loved it, my cars were perfect and always had great service. I visited the Hartselle location because I just needed a quick wash. The attendant at the kiosk was super friendly. But, the attendant at the beginning of the wash was very smart with me. Good car wash. I left a 5 star review because the attendant finally did not ask me if I wanted to join the monthly payment plan when I bought a one time $30 car wash.
Great car wash! Got my car spotless! Zack had amazing customer service! He was very sweet and personable! Will definitely be back!
I have been using Tidal Wave in Hartselle since it has opened. Draven and all the staff as always been nice and helpful. I have always received a great wash and the vacuum area has been clean and the carts stocked with plenty of towels and cleaner. This site is A+ in my opinion.
