I had recently had a "not so very pleasant experience" The first time I came and swore up and down that I'd never return but then the site leader Stephanie Bratcher found out and contacted me and told me to come on back up there and that she'd make it right and that's not how they do business at the Hartselle location and let me tell you those ladies was putting in some work in that heat! Car went through way to fast! For $21 I should not still have bugs and bird mess on my car! First new car wash I've been to that didn't give a car fragrance. Also maybe not have a person trying to upscale me at entrance!

After a regular wash today, I had some bugs and junk left on my front grill and hood that I was scrubbing at in the vacuum section. The manager, Zachary Green, was filling up the carts and getting the trash and saw me. He asked if I had been through the wash and when I told him yes he said let's get you back through because we can take care of that. Me and the kiddos absolutely love riding through a car wash. Fun and satisfying Everytime 😂 and seeing the kiddos smile and laugh while riding through makes it so worth it. Friendly service as well. My car literally had green moss on it and me and the lady who works here was able to have a good laugh about it. It's the little things 💗 Thank you Tidal Wave for the service and the smiles. P.s. we love the rainbow foam 🌈 and the bubbles :)

I’ve been here many times and I usually get a really good wash, the service is always good, however I purchased the $26 20 minutes ago and it scratched the ever loving hell out of my hood 🙃🙃 my mustang is older and there is some damage from the previous owner but I take very good care of it and try to keep it as nice as possible. If you care about your paint, I would recommend not having a car wash in this kind of wash setup. Disappointed because I’ve had good experiences otherwise.
