I love the friendliness here at tide wave in Pickens, South Carolina. They always give a warm welcome and tell you to have a blessed day. I love how they turn back and help the community. I would highly recommend tidal wave. They also have reasonable prices. They also do not give you a time limit like some places on cleaning out your vehicle after it gets washed.
Love this place! They are exceptionally accommodating. The facility and grounds are very well maintained and the equipment works as it should. Their vacuums really suck! Haha. Our vehicles come out shining each time we visit and we’re glad to have Tidal Wave close by.
Purchased plan to wash vehicle anytime and really enjoy it, particularly with all the pollen this year. Easy drive thru, friendly efficient staff, Dryer part of auto process so don't need to add another $5 or 10 tipping and wait. Self serve for vacuuming and cleaning inside so can take time to clean thoroughly with cleaning supplies right there as well.
I have a monthly membership so I'm there on a regular basis. I've never once had a bad experience and the staff is great! Machines are not perfect, and occasionally a spot will be missed or the shape of the vehicle makes it hard for the brushes to hit everything. The guys there are great about fixing the problem, no questions asked or complaints given.
