Car wash is fine. If you get the tire shine it will look terrible and fling off in a couple of days so I recommend you bypass that. My real beef is with the fast pass sticker. The stuck it in the corner of the windshield where you can’t get it off and it has cuts in it so it tears apart if you can get a grab on any piece of it. Almost like they don’t want you to be able to remove it. Very annoying.
Customer service was wonderful, strong powerful vacuum, the only downside is the actual car wash part didn’t fully clean the back of my car. For a mid range wash for $27, seems a bit much considering having to hand wipe places that was missed.
I used the Tidal Wave car wash in Pickens SC.I noticed that the hood of my SUV had scratches. As if the so called "soft clothes" that rotate had a piece of metal in it possibly from the previous car. I went back and a "manager" took pictures and made a report...I never heard from them after a few months. So today April 17, 2026 I went back. This place varies day to day. If the manager is there the kids work hard and your car gets clean. If the manager is away, the kids slack off. Today (061126) I came in for a wash. As I pulled past the gate for the first scrub, the kid on the left kinda scrubbed that side. The kid in the left literally touched the side of the truck just barely and kept having his conversation. I’ve been a member here for a while and I had the best experience today. I have a new Jeep grand Cherokee and Connor took his time and really used the brush to pretreat my car gently! I rolled my window down and thanked him and asked his name! I do wish that their rags didn’t smell like mildew all the time! I bring my own because theirs are always sour! They should wash with white vinegar and use a fabric softener! Or maybe just dry them!
