Car wash is fine. If you get the tire shine it will look terrible and fling off in a couple of days so I recommend you bypass that. My real beef is with the fast pass sticker. The stuck it in the corner of the windshield where you can’t get it off and it has cuts in it so it tears apart if you can get a grab on any piece of it. Almost like they don’t want you to be able to remove it. Very annoying.

I visit here often and have a monthly subscription, but it seems the later in the day it is, the less staff they have, and the supplies (drying towels, and glass cleaner) is poorly stocked. My most recent trip, some of the vacuum stations were blocked and there were no clean towels in any of the bays I checked. It was somewhat busy, and the employees seemed a bit disinterested. This is a brushed car wash. It did not completely clean the car. nice drying area. good wet wax solution. expensive single car wash compared to standard, but place employed "Old school crews" working in pre wash area. Very reminiscent of the 70s style car washes. Overall I would recommend this place.

This place is amazing! We have been using tidal wave for about two months now, the customer service is amazing. We like seeing Austin he is very transparent and helped us through every step and helps us every-time we come!

I needed to vacuum a mess out of my car without a wash today and I was offered a super low price for just the vacuums. I love how friendly everyone is, the cleanliness and how wide the vacuum stalls are. I will definitely return!
