Car wash is fine. If you get the tire shine it will look terrible and fling off in a couple of days so I recommend you bypass that. My real beef is with the fast pass sticker. The stuck it in the corner of the windshield where you can’t get it off and it has cuts in it so it tears apart if you can get a grab on any piece of it. Almost like they don’t want you to be able to remove it. Very annoying.
Customer service was wonderful, strong powerful vacuum, the only downside is the actual car wash part didn’t fully clean the back of my car. For a mid range wash for $27, seems a bit much considering having to hand wipe places that was missed.
Got there 15 minutes before closing. The vacuum shut off right at 8pm. Didn’t get to finish. The staff should have notified that they would have shut off at closing. You would think they would let customers finish. Also, there is not floor mat cleaner. Other competitors offer better service for the value.
Definitely one of the best places in the area to get a car wash my car been sitting for a little while after being out of town and the attended Landon got me taken care of as soon as I came in! Great guy!
I used the Tidal Wave car wash in Pickens SC.I noticed that the hood of my SUV had scratches. As if the so called "soft clothes" that rotate had a piece of metal in it possibly from the previous car. I went back and a "manager" took pictures and made a report...I never heard from them after a few months. So today April 17, 2026 I went back.
