This is a very average place that looks fancy. In terms of effectiveness, it cleaned the front sides of the car pretty solid. The back, however, was not done at all. It was safe to say it was only slightly better than when it came out. It's also a little pricy, but I heard their subscriptions can make it worth it (I don't plan to get one soon…🤷) this particular place smelled awful as well, like a mix of someone making hard boiled eggs and a old bag of onion chips. My favorite car wash ever. If you’re looking to get a membership anywhere, I would definitely recommend this place because it’s worth your money. Kyle was amazing. He helped me clean my car mats and get my entire car in order. He’s the best :)

Kyle at Tidal Wave was absolutely the best! From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience top-tier. He paid great attention to detail, explained everything clearly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. If you’re going to Tidal Wave, ask for Kyle — hands down the best experience I’ve ever had there!

Kyle was very professional, helpful , and friendly. After my matts were cleaned off he returned them back to me and ask if he could do anything else. Awesome Customer Service. I always come to this car wash. This was about two months ago.
