We took the Jeep here for the first time for its first car wash. It had been raining all day and had a fine coating of dirt all over it. The Car wash did an excellent job, however, it did not get it as clean as I would’ve liked. We went ahead and talked to Janet, who not only put us back through, but worked with the entire staff to scrub it from top to bottom. I had a great experience at this car wash! From start to finish, the service was quick, efficient, and thorough—my car looked amazing when it was done. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is by far the BEST auto wash I have ever been a member of! Fantastic machines that are powerful yet gentle on your vehicle, plenty of hand towels for drying & detailing, super strong vacuums and air blowers for the tough to get to places. The Manager (Anthony) at the North Myrtle Beach location runs a tight ship and his facility is always squared away including the restrooms. Arrived with filthy salt saturated car after driving through several states wide snow storm. Staff at Tidal were very friendly and professional. Offered second wash if needed. It wasn't! Will definitely choose Tidal Wave for all future washes!! Highly recommend!
I've used most in the area and I find tidal wave to do the best job on my truck. It's black and i appreciate having a awning to block the sun while I finish drying it off and vacuuming the carpets, blowing the window trim free of water, etc.. tidal wave is worth a monthly membership!!
