Tidal Wave Auto Spa is by far the BEST auto wash I have ever been a member of! Fantastic machines that are powerful yet gentle on your vehicle, plenty of hand towels for drying & detailing, super strong vacuums and air blowers for the tough to get to places. The Manager (Anthony) at the North Myrtle Beach location runs a tight ship and his facility is always squared away including the restrooms. I love this car wash! All the attendants who work here always do an excellent job! I've been to many other car washes and even used to have a membership to Zips. They all suck compared to these guys. I have to give a shout out to Jason specifically because not only is he friendly and welcoming but he clearly loves his job and takes care of his customers! This is the only car wash I'll go to. Thank you Jason and all the other employees who make this a quality experience, it means a lot to me and my vehicle!
We would like to recognize Janet. She is an absolute blessing to interact with when we are at Tidal Wave. Janet is always upbeat friendly and always has a wonderful smile. I drive a White 2020 Lincoln Continental Reserve with very Deep Black Spoke wheels. Every other car wash I’ve tried on the Grand Strand was never successful at getting anything but the outer most portion of the spokes. As a result, I was forced to purchase special wheel brushes. They were bendable, and came in assorted sizes, in order to allow access to the inner most portion of the wheels. While it was quite the chore, it was worth it and made the wheels look beautiful. So I went to Tidal wave yesterday and i told the young man in the tunnel I got a lot of bugs on my car. He comes up to me and says well sir I charge a dollar per bug and I go that’s a lot of money then he says I will give you a discount for today I love when people make their work environment fun. Best car wash EVER I had to go back and get his name amazing job TYLER!
