Came from Pa when it was snowing and with the dirt and salt residue all over the truck,I don’t like what it looked like and what does to a vehicle.The next day of us getting to Myrtle Beach I went to tidal wave because it was right up the road from where We are staying. We are here for 9 weeks, so I joined the club because it’s unlimited washings and it also helps now with all of the pollen on it. Great place great plans to have. My truck got dirty on the ride down to Oceanlakes Campgrounds. Researched local car washes. This by far is the best drive thru car wash that I have been to. And I have been to a lot up and down the east coast. I have never seen my truck shine so much, and I liked that they brushed the front and rear before driving thru, Great Job Guys.
Nice and friendly staff but poor quality wash for the money. Paid $30 for the highest level wash and came out with half shined tires, dirty side mirrors, and bug guts still on my windshield.
Consistently excellent clean every time. This is the only car wash where I don’t end up “washing” the car myself after having gone through the drive through. My wheels come out clean, and I don’t have to go back through the wash to get rid of the bugs on the bonnet. I highly recommend. Top quality customer service every time: Shawn you are the best.
We weren’t able to use the wash and still had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. An attendant was ready to help us choose and purchase a wash. They also did a visual inspection of the vehicle to prevent any damage. My husband drives a lowered vehicle. Tool in hand, two staff were quick to measure and determine that his vehicle was unable to safely use their wash-system.
