BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE! I took my truck there after getting oil splashed all over my truck. He took an extra 5 minutes to clear off everything as best he could. It was very impressive. Would recommend anyone to go there!
Excellent car wash. For a price slightly higher than one wash, you can join the club and have your car washed every day for a month. There are three locations in the MB area, and you can use any location. Very handy.
Came from Pa when it was snowing and with the dirt and salt residue all over the truck,I don’t like what it looked like and what does to a vehicle.The next day of us getting to Myrtle Beach I went to tidal wave because it was right up the road from where We are staying. We are here for 9 weeks, so I joined the club because it’s unlimited washings and it also helps now with all of the pollen on it. Great place great plans to have. The car wash was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Supplies to wipe down the car after and vacuuming was free. Highly recommend to get the salt from the ocean off your car!
Nice and friendly staff but poor quality wash for the money. Paid $30 for the highest level wash and came out with half shined tires, dirty side mirrors, and bug guts still on my windshield.
