I went there on March 15, 2025 because the pollen was so bad. I got the $17.00 package and the results were horrible. I basically went thru the car wash without water and soap hitting my car. Please see the pics below. I will be calling for my money back. DO NOT go to the one on North Road.
Today i went to the North Rd facility. What a difference! Herman and Jeremy were excellent! It was Hermans first day and he and Jeremy took the time to listen to my complaints about the St Matthews rd facility and although they do not run that wash, they were apologizing and were sincere. I will continue to drive past the St Matthews rd wash to go to the North Rd wash.
I’ve never had any issues here. I typically stop at this location out of convenience, however I prefer the vacuums across town because they have better suction and they also offer the blow tools that help get trash and dust out of the crevices and air vents. The vacuums work here, but they could be a little more powerful. Other than that 10/10 recommend.
I have a membership at this car wash and I usually go to the one on North Road which was very good when I first started going now every time I go the vacuum cleaners don’t work no rags but I guess this is Orangeburg. You can never have anything nice in Orangeburg. It always starts out good and ends up bad. I guess if something don’t change, I’m gonna cancel my membership here. Sad you can’t have nothing in this town. Good.
