I went there on March 15, 2025 because the pollen was so bad. I got the $17.00 package and the results were horrible. I basically went thru the car wash without water and soap hitting my car. Please see the pics below. I will be calling for my money back. DO NOT go to the one on North Road.
I have a membership at this car wash and I usually go to the one on North Road which was very good when I first started going now every time I go the vacuum cleaners don’t work no rags but I guess this is Orangeburg. You can never have anything nice in Orangeburg. It always starts out good and ends up bad. I guess if something don’t change, I’m gonna cancel my membership here. Sad you can’t have nothing in this town. Good.
I like most of the operators at this wash. I’m concerned only about how long it takes my vehicle to scan. Yes, I have a BMW, but the scanner struggles reading my outside mirror that they adhered the sticker to.
Tide Wave on the North Road in Orangeburg SC, manager is very rude. I have been asking for months, why the vacuums not working. They said a while ago there being fixed. 3 months later....they got worse. Steady taking people money, but not repairing the vacuum system. I went to ask why nobody is fixing the problem (in an angry 😠 😡 voice, because they lied). He told me to get off the premises. Very nasty. Other ppl were complaining as well. Give back my money.
I stopped by last week just to check out pricing and the layout of this particular washing facility. They were running a membership special and of course I got one lol. The attendants made sure I had everything I needed and the wash itself was fantastic!
