Apparently there’s no such thing as a single, one-time wash here. I don’t live in Brevard so I would never intentionally sign up for a promotion/membership for a car wash an hour from my home. I was in town and thought I’d swing in since my car was very dirty. Asked for the $17 hot wax- single wash. The attendant asked me if I wanted to sign up for a promotion/membership and I explicitly said “no, I don’t live in the area, I just want a one time wash”. Be careful. Took my black Lexus here and noticed brush marks on the hood after the wash. Attendant said no, it can't be. (Took to a detail shop in Hendersonville later to rid the car of the marks) Then I brought in a small black car I had rented for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was really dirty inside and out and wanted to return it in good order so I would not face extra charges. This was my very first visit to Tidal Wave and I was so impressed with the customer service! The young man (Roderick) who assisted me had excellent manners and made me feel very welcomed right away. He was also very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and explaining the process clearly. It’s not often you come across such professionalism and courtesy these days, so it truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning!
After exiting the wash I noticed that my windshield wasn’t quite clean and I had some bugs still. I talked to one of the staff members, Ian. He was very professional and well spoken, and offered to re-wash my vehicle free of charge. Will 100% be returning, outstanding customer service.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect—I’ve got a toddler in tow, so convenience is everything. But this car wash completely won me over! It’s automated, which made things super easy, and a really sweet guy named Aldo gave my car a great scrub before it even started. He was so friendly and made me feel really welcome.
