Apparently there’s no such thing as a single, one-time wash here. I don’t live in Brevard so I would never intentionally sign up for a promotion/membership for a car wash an hour from my home. I was in town and thought I’d swing in since my car was very dirty. Asked for the $17 hot wax- single wash. The attendant asked me if I wanted to sign up for a promotion/membership and I explicitly said “no, I don’t live in the area, I just want a one time wash”. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect—I’ve got a toddler in tow, so convenience is everything. But this car wash completely won me over! It’s automated, which made things super easy, and a really sweet guy named Aldo gave my car a great scrub before it even started. He was so friendly and made me feel really welcome. This was my very first visit to Tidal Wave and I was so impressed with the customer service! The young man (Roderick) who assisted me had excellent manners and made me feel very welcomed right away. He was also very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and explaining the process clearly. It’s not often you come across such professionalism and courtesy these days, so it truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning!
I went to this business to get my car washed one time. It was $30. One of the attendants said that I could have a month of free car washes because of the $30 car wash I just purchased. That was great! Never did they tell me that it would be continued Each month at $50 a month. I had no idea of this or the fact I had to cancel…until I saw my charge card statement, two months later. Well, let me tell y’all — this little car wash just made my day! It’s one of those fancy automated ones, but that sweet young man Aldo gave my car a good scrub by hand before it even went through. Such a polite and respectful fella — just a joy to talk to. Everything was quick as a whip, my car came out shinin’ like new money, and the price was more than fair. If you’re lookin’ for good service with a kind heart behind it, this is the place to go. I surely do recommend it!
