Shoutout to these guys for being truly some of the kindest individuals I’ve ever met. I took my car in for a clean after WAY too long, and it needed a little extra TLC. They helped me get it back looking shiny and new, and I will never wait a year between car washes again 🙃. Brian, the manager, was so helpful. I’m so appreciative!

I was passing through Brevard NC and needed a car wash. Tidal wave is a great car wash but they don't take cash. I was very impressed by how clean it got my car. The vacuums had great suction as well. There is also a compressed air thing and towels with cleaning solution.

Nice powerful vaccums and good wash quality. Very easy. Just did a one time wash and vacuum. Great customer service too. In and out very quickly despite a lot of people there simultaneously

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Brevard has been one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. I signed up online in early February, thinking it would save time when I arrived. Instead, when I got there, the employee told me that because I did not have a QR code and because I never received a confirmation email they could not complete my setup. After asking to speak with a manager and showing screenshots confirming I had signed up, they were eventually able to get the account partially set up so I could get my car washed that day.... read more

We did the $30 wash & I'm very pleased to say my car shined & looked brand new. Did a great job cleaning the under carriage as well. Staff members where very helpful and polite.
