Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect—I’ve got a toddler in tow, so convenience is everything. But this car wash completely won me over! It’s automated, which made things super easy, and a really sweet guy named Aldo gave my car a great scrub before it even started. He was so friendly and made me feel really welcome. Signed up for the Dry and Shine Membership about 5yrs ago at the Brevard, NC location. I’ve always been pleased with the results, specifically when Ian is working! He takes great care in how he washes the front/back windshield along with front/back of my truck. I appreciate his diligence and care!
After exiting the wash I noticed that my windshield wasn’t quite clean and I had some bugs still. I talked to one of the staff members, Ian. He was very professional and well spoken, and offered to re-wash my vehicle free of charge. Will 100% be returning, outstanding customer service.
