On February 14th at 2:00 PM, I took my 4-week-old 2025 Mazda CX5 to Tidal Wave car wash in Brevard. The car was 4 weeks old with less than 1000 miles. It has front and rear parking sensors and 360 cameras. Halfway through the wash, the car violently shook. When I drove out to wipe the car down, I noticed several scratches and a gouge in the front bumper cover. I immediately got the manager (Brandon) who took a photo and filled out an incident report. Amazing wash left car looking so shiny and new and don’t get me started on the vacuums, they are so strong !!! Really need that when you have a toddler in the car. And employees were very sweet it was my first time at a car wash so I was unsure what to do but the boy in the front Aldo I think was so helpful would definitely recommend and we’ll back thank you tidal wave 🫶🏼
Their car wash is truly like taking your vehicle to a car spa. Truly love the Graph-X4, my three vehicles stay shinny and clean.
I went to Tidal Wave to get my 2018 Kia Sorento washed. While I was there Aldo helped scrub my car. Aldo was kind, respectful, and carried with him a great attitude that made my experience there the best I've ever had at a car wash. I will be recommending all of my friends to go to Tidal Wave with their cars because of the environment their employees foster there.
