I love having a monthly subscription here! It’s easier to get into and out of in comparison to the car wash place across the street and they offer two vacuum styles and an air compressor to blow out. It’s quick and easy and no stress! I went with the lowest level subscription and I’m happy with the clean level of my truck too.

I arrived at the wash right after work 1/3/25 to run the truck thru wash. It was a dusk 5:22 pm. A went home, it was dark when I arrived home. I get up the next day Saturday to run errands. When I went to the truck, I noticed that the passenger side was not very clean at all and was completely unacceptable. So I stopped by and talked to an attendant and said he couldn't give me a wash today. I explained that it was late evening and here is a receipt and look at the dirtiness of the passenger side. Tidal Wave Auto Spa Shelby NC has amazing customer service!!!!! Julie is absolutely amazing! Went there had absolutely no idea on how and what to do about washing my SUV because my husband usually does it. Thinking my unlimited membership was for tidal wave and it was actually for riptide duh? But instead of making me feel stupid Julie joked with me and said it happens all the time I paid for my wash which was awesome by the way! Truly outstanding service and staff! I accidentally locked my keys in my car while vacuuming, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. They spent a good amount of time trying to unlock my car with a lock-pick kit they had on hand, and when that didn’t work, they kindly let me use their phone (since mine was locked inside) and even gave me the number to a locksmith. Great car wash. Even though I pay monthly for the Edge wash across the street, I believe I might be getting a better wash at Tidal. Attendant Julie makes getting in and out a breeze with great customer service. Keep up the good work!
