very worst experience I came to this car wash expecting a clean car after I paid $12... after the wash. I inspected my car and noticed that there was still dirt and grime on my windows and around my door handle. You can see road grime if you look in the pictures. I cycled back around to the entrance of the car wash. The attendant told me I would have to pay again.... what’s the point of a car wash if I’m going to leave with a dirty car? I recommend using a different car wash in the neighborhood.
The team here is always friendly, and they do a great job every time. I constantly get compliments on how shiny my vehicle looks after a wash. Highly recommend!
I was a member for three or four months and utilized your service atleast twice a week. Approximately six weeks ago the manager a angry man named Mike called me out of the line to inform me that my truck tires are too large and causing him to replace his tire shine brushes. I rold him he could turn off the brushes as i don't like the tire shine. He stated people like me don't care about his carwash and I can't go through any more. Best car wash ive ever been too. I love this place. They have multiple bays for vacuums and cleaning the interior of your car. Also have a bay that you can fill your tires up with air if you need. Car comes out clean and shiny and dry everytime. Tidal wave is a family im proud to be apart of.
I have had a membership here for a few months the now. I am always so impressed with the care that is given to my car even before I enter the auto wash. Mike has done my “pre wash” by hand the last several times I’ve visited. He never disappoints! I always get service with a smile, and bays to vacuum are always clean and well stocked. There are other auto car washes nearer to my home, but it’s the quality and people that keep me driving here!
