very worst experience I came to this car wash expecting a clean car after I paid $12... after the wash. I inspected my car and noticed that there was still dirt and grime on my windows and around my door handle. You can see road grime if you look in the pictures. I cycled back around to the entrance of the car wash. The attendant told me I would have to pay again.... what’s the point of a car wash if I’m going to leave with a dirty car? I recommend using a different car wash in the neighborhood.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash since it opened and have never had any issues in the past. The staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. However, over the past month, I’ve encountered the same problem on three separate occasions—my car has gotten stuck inside the wash system. I have had a membership here for a few months the now. I am always so impressed with the care that is given to my car even before I enter the auto wash. Mike has done my “pre wash” by hand the last several times I’ve visited. He never disappoints! I always get service with a smile, and bays to vacuum are always clean and well stocked. There are other auto car washes nearer to my home, but it’s the quality and people that keep me driving here!
The team here is always friendly, and they do a great job every time. I constantly get compliments on how shiny my vehicle looks after a wash. Highly recommend!
Travel car washes: Tidal wave has been a good one if you traveling the country. Think we got the membership in Cali or Washington and used from Montana down to Florida and up North East..VA. This one is right of 95 South as we drive back to Florida. Service is consistent and vacuum system awesome! Kids enjoy it :). Thank you!
