The staff members wasn’t even looking while beckoning me forward. Apparently I wasn’t lined up and SCRAPING MY RIMS!!! These folks needs to WAKE UP and do their job. This is absolutely Ridiculous!!! I would not recommend this place! My rims should not be scrapping or rubbing!!
I gave 4 stars only because there is always room for growth. Friendly guys working and carwash does a splendid job cleaning my vehicles.
My girls and I went to Tidal Wave on Saturday. We always have a great experience here! The setup is easy to use and convenient, and the vacuum station is always clean and accessible, which makes finishing up our car wash super simple. Bryson is always friendly and happy when we stop by, he really makes the visit enjoyable. We appreciate the great service and will definitely keep coming back!
Usually a decent experience when i come to this establishment, but Latia made it top tier. She was so kind and funny. Thanks to management for hiring good spirited employees! Big thanks Latia because I will be back.
Something is wrong with the washing in this place. I took my truck there today and got the $27 wash and wax. What a horrible job. Half of each tire was glossed. There are dirt spots all over the truck that the brushes didn't even get. The last 1/3 of the back panel doesn't even look like it got any water or soap on it at all. There is still a ton of brake dust on the rims. I tried to take pictures but they didn't come out because of the sun and it is a black truck so everything reflects.
