My girls and I went to Tidal Wave on Saturday. We always have a great experience here! The setup is easy to use and convenient, and the vacuum station is always clean and accessible, which makes finishing up our car wash super simple. Bryson is always friendly and happy when we stop by, he really makes the visit enjoyable. We appreciate the great service and will definitely keep coming back!
Always a good experience when i come to this establishment. But Latia made It special. Beautiful smile, wonderful personality and funny jokes. She made sure i got everything i needed especially after a long day with a long trip ahead. I will definitely be coming back soon! Thanks Latia !
I have had a tidal wave membership for several years and have always enjoyed knowing that I could go to any tidal wave and run through the car wash. Tonight is the first time that I have been frustrated and extremely disappointed with this company. I went through the car wash around 7:20 pm (unaware that they closed at 8) and as soon as I grab the vacuum, they flip the switch to cut the vacuum off. Usually a decent experience when i come to this establishment, but Latia made it top tier. She was so kind and funny. Thanks to management for hiring good spirited employees! Big thanks Latia because I will be back.
My car was filthy. I decided to try a single car wash in Laurinburg to see if I liked. I stopped and spoke with Bryson before I entered the tunnel. I told him I had issues with a car wash out of town always running out of cloths. He let me know that they so everything to keep them stocked and would personally bring me some out of the bins were empty. Such a respectful young man. 10/10
