It is very satisfying going to the car wash in the morning. They have everything you need to wash the inside as well, which I have to do a couple of times a week. They have vacuums, window cleaner and all purpose cleaner not to mention the clean towels they provide. They must think I’m a slob. I’m not. I take care of my grandson full time, he can be very messy. We spend a lot of time in the car back and forth to preschool and ABA therapy. I stopped by to use my new membership on 4/13/25 at 4:55pm. The car wash was closed although the hours on their website state that they are open until 8pm. It's hard to justify paying for a membership if you can't depend upon the business honoring their hous. This is not starting out well.
I highly recommend Tidal Wave in Laurinburg, NC. Rodney and the crew, do an awesome job. The ambience there is always inviting and comfortable. My experience is always fantastic. My favorite part is always being greeted by Rodney upon entering the gate! The customer service is above and beyond. Thank you Rodney and the crew! Melinda McQueen
Sometimes they’re spot on, but other times they close early or there are no cloths/spray and you have to hunt them down. Drive up last night at 7, and the cones were up preventing you from entering. We have a package and can go daily but it’s frustrating when you drive there just for a wash and it’s closed
I love to go through this Spa. I take pride in my vehicle and take very good care of it. I have shared concerns in the past about scratches on my rims, that I heard when going through the wash. I still believe the guide rails do, at times, press up against the rims. I would think some type of rubber pad could be used to prevent the yellow guides from hitting the rims.
