Been there today, 3/13/2025. The staff was friendly, and the car was washed — so that's a plus. Sadly, the wash quality left much to be desired. Maybe my expectations were too high — I thought the whole car can be clean after an $18 wash. Alas, not this time. Wheels, the bottom of the windshield, and rubber sealants at the bottom of all windows remained dirty. And an occasional bird poop stayed right where it was before the wash. This place is great! It’s my go-to for a wash and clean out. The vacuums suck really good! ;D The owner was there today and noticed my grill was covered with bugs. After I went through the wash he noticed it wasn’t good enough (I hadn’t even looked at it), so when I finished vacuuming he scrubbed the grill again and let me go through the wash again. Tidal wave has always been a fantastic car wash to go to, I always leave with my car super clean. The vacuums work extremely well and make it super easy to clean my car. All the employees are extremely helpful and kind, especially one of the managers Nick, he is always eager to help and provides great customer service!
This place is great! They now have high-pressure air guns for small crevice detail cleaning. And also mat cleaners. And now a huge bonus with one of the best air pressure sensors and inflation devices for your tires! Plus the staff is friendly, accommodating, and all-around great! #recommended
