Been there today, 3/13/2025. The staff was friendly, and the car was washed — so that's a plus. Sadly, the wash quality left much to be desired. Maybe my expectations were too high — I thought the whole car can be clean after an $18 wash. Alas, not this time. Wheels, the bottom of the windshield, and rubber sealants at the bottom of all windows remained dirty. And an occasional bird poop stayed right where it was before the wash. This is an amazing carwash I go out of my way to come here. I appreciate the consistency of the wash process. I am never waiting in line for too long. I also love the amenities that are offered. Most places will just have vacuum's and they are clogged half of the time. I like the 2 different vacuum nozzles and the compressed air. Every time I come the towels are always stocked and ready. The site is also always clean here: keep up the good work Dan and his team!

I’m giving Tidal Wave Auto Spa one star because of how poorly they handled a monthly membership price increase. My membership had been billing at $32.14 per month, but I recently noticed they charged me around $43 for the last two months. That is roughly a $10.69 increase, or about 33% more per month. Today I went to tidal wave and usually they pre-scrub my car and I noticed that every driver before me was out the Caucasian race but when my car got there, there was no pre-scrub for me and they just sent my car through. It's a great car wash, but it's getting a little pricey. For those who periodically like to clean the car up (due to having kids) , Tidal Wave isn't the same bang for your buck that it used to be.
