Just got a membership yesterday came back today and their machine did not spray off the soap from the fenders and the tires so I went down the road and it slung it everywhere the team member told me just to wipe it off they wouldn't even rewash it paying $40 a month for a wash and this is what I get.
Wonderful service ! Ahmaad, especially was very sweet and attentive. He came around making sure everyone was okay and enjoying their experience. He definitely gave a memorable experience that makes you want to come back! I will definitely be back. Aside from that, great car wash and great vacuums. The other staff were very attentive as well. This is the only car wash I’ve been to where the atmosphere is extremely friendly, their attention to detail and customers is immaculate!
Ahmaad did an awesome job on my car! Super friendly and took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. The car came out spotless inside and out. You can tell he actually cares about the work he does. Definitely recommend going to him if you want your car looking brand new!

Top Tier Service – Kevin Was Awesome! Came by Tidal Wave Auto Spa on Battleground this past Saturday and had an all-around great experience. The wash was fast, the vacuums worked great, and the whole place was clean and easy to navigate. What really stood out was the manager, Kevin.
