BIG shoutout to the guy with the birthmark and jewels in his hair! He made my first time here unforgettable. He was incredibly charismatic and welcoming. He made sure I was taken care of every step of the way, and hit me with the perfect amount of tire shine….I left feeling so fresh, so clean (Lol) and seriously impressed. I’ll definitely be coming back just for the great energy and top tier service!
i cannot recommend this place enough! i went to take my (very) dirty car to get washed that had been sitting under a tree for months. after going through the wash and getting most off the sides, one of the workers, Chis, offered to hand scrub the top, hood, and trunk of the car. he did a phenomenal job! the service here is incredible!
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Tidal Wave Auto Spa today was so disappointing and frustrating that I feel compelled to share it to help other potential customers. This place is nothing short of a scam, and their customer service is appalling. I went to clean my Tesla using their service, and while wiping my car, an employee approached me and rudely told me not to wipe the car without using their wash. Was prepared to purchase the top wash as my vehicle was pretty dirty. Unfortunately, I am not a member and down the customer lane. Well, the screen wasn't working for self pay. After waiting 10 minutes for an employee to come over and process my payment and let me through the gate, I backed up and left.
I never write reviews but I was actually very disappointed with this location. The vacuums are terrible they had no strength they barely picked up any trash in my car. The smell where the garbage cans and the vacuums are is terrible. It smelled like a sewer. People waiting in the line to go in would throw trash on the ground, it’s just nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
