Just got a membership yesterday came back today and their machine did not spray off the soap from the fenders and the tires so I went down the road and it slung it everywhere the team member told me just to wipe it off they wouldn't even rewash it paying $40 a month for a wash and this is what I get.

I got my wife and i a pair of memberships to kick off the spring and pollen season. The location is great and i’ve have no issues there. However, two months into the membership ($25 per vehicle a month), our card was charged $80. When i called to inquire why, we were told all customers at a certain rate were being bumped up, and that our location should have notified customers of the change. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa thanks to Kevin. From the moment I pulled up, he was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. He helped guide me through the wash, made sure my car was prepped properly, and had a great attitude the whole time. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about customers having a good experience. Employees like Kevin are the reason I’ll keep coming back. A WALKING EPITOME OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! I was warned by two separate people not to use this car wash. First, I paid for the mid level wash which was to include hot wax. When my car passed through the wax stage none was dispensed on my vehicle. Next, the brush that is supposed to clean the hood top and trunk deck. Was not operating. When I pulled into the vacuum stalls there were no towels. To make the experience totally unacceptable, the side brushed damaged my two week old 2026 Volvo XC 90.
