Wonderful service ! Ahmaad, especially was very sweet and attentive. He came around making sure everyone was okay and enjoying their experience. He definitely gave a memorable experience that makes you want to come back! I will definitely be back. Aside from that, great car wash and great vacuums. The other staff were very attentive as well. This is the only car wash I’ve been to where the atmosphere is extremely friendly, their attention to detail and customers is immaculate!

Top Tier Service – Kevin Was Awesome! Came by Tidal Wave Auto Spa on Battleground this past Saturday and had an all-around great experience. The wash was fast, the vacuums worked great, and the whole place was clean and easy to navigate. What really stood out was the manager, Kevin. I went down the wrong lane. Attendant said I'd have to go all the way around. In High Point it doesn't matter so I assumed same here. I said no and when I pulled up, they shut down the car wash. So I sat. How idiotic? 4-5 years of paying a monthly fee and some power hungry guy wants me to go around again with seven cars in line. Threatened to call police. I said okay. Finally, he let me go through it. I called corporate. I do not usually care but this was silliness

I went for the first time to the one in Greensboro, N.C. a few months ago, and I was very pleased. The machine actually stopped working just as they were taking my car in to be washed and I had already paid. But a young lady named Staci was going to make sure I got what I came for.
