Excellent experience! The staff was professional, friendly, and very thorough…especially Kevin!! He seems to always go above and beyond. My car looked brand new when finished.The attention to detail really stood out, and the wait time was reasonable. I appreciate you Kevin. I recommend this business to everyone.
I have been using tidal wave for now almost 5 months and I have had the best experience of my life. This is Definitely the best car wash I have ever experienced. Stacy has made me feel welcome and part of the tidal wave Family. I recommend this car wash to anyone who like me that love a nice look on the road. Every employee at the battleground location is amazing. Thank you so much for all you do.
Just got a membership yesterday came back today and their machine did not spray off the soap from the fenders and the tires so I went down the road and it slung it everywhere the team member told me just to wipe it off they wouldn't even rewash it paying $40 a month for a wash and this is what I get.
This was my second time back and I had another great experience. Kevin provided excellent service and really made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. I also heard there may be a location opening closer to me in Raleigh, and I’m really excited about that. If the new location has employees like Kevin, I’ll definitely be a regular.
This was my first time coming to this location and I had an amazing experience. The Manager, Kevin, was very attentive, super friendly and made the experience worthwhile. He went over the packages with me in detail and was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all and helped inform me on the best choice. This location is clean and organized. Will definitely recommend friends and family!
