Best car wash I've ever used. First off the staff is very friendly. I get a Chick-fil-A vibe from them. The exterior wash is very good, but where it really shines is the self service part. Nice covered bays with VERY power vacuums and stacks of cleans towels to wipe everything down. Even have compressed air to get the hard to reach places. I like doing this part myself so I can spend a little time and do it right. I can get my car cleaner than I could at home in a fraction of the time. Purchased the GRAPH-X4 . My car looks I just pulled it off the dealerships lot the day I purchased it. Every single time I come to clean my car (sometimes everyday/unlimited) It's so clean it makes me happy I purchased this vehicle.
I opted for a higher end package, more like pressured into it. Regardless I decided to try for the month. I did not wish to continue for several reasons. One is when you pull up before even starting the wash the person who has the brush barely brushes any part of your vehichle. Multiple times they swiped it once on one side of my windshield and sent me along. What is the purpose of having someone there if you're not going to presoak or clean anything Extra? My son's car was covered from sitting under a tree for a while. One time through the wash wasn't enough. Because the place is hoppin', the towels ran out, and a young man accommodated my request for more. I thought I lost a piece of the side mirror (I didn't know it was already missing) and they thoroughly checked for me. Afterwards, since the car was so bad, I was going to take it through again and planned to pay. Christian, the manager, was very kind to let us go through one more time at no cost. The new owner is amazing, you can tell he truly takes pride in this company, he furthers his education on how to improve, and you can truly truly see the improvements he’s made. This is my favorite location to come to. We drive a van and a f150 and the wash cleans them perfectly. We finish with the always high suctioning vacuums, and wipe down with the always stocked microfiber clothes and spray. I can’t say one bad thing about this location. Truly amazing.
