Today I took my VW Beetle through Tidal Wave. It was worse than the usual dirty car. I had spots on it from a bird situation. I felt so bad for the young man who had to prewash it. He didn't flinch....he brushed the car and then took a pad and prewashed the spots. It came out totally clean. He smiled the entire time...bad enough that my poor car was less than stellar but it was freezing outside. I tried to give him a tip to show my appreciation, but they cannot accept tips.
