I’ve never been disappointed! Always a great wash plus free vacuums is a bonus lol! Today they went above and beyond long story short my back up key fob fell from the truck! The detective work they did utilizing cameras and patience! Found the fob! I am grateful beyond words! Just playing great service!!!
Great customer service. Love coming here to wash and vacuum out my car. Best car wash around. I love how you can just come in and vacuum out the car with out washing it for just 5 dollars. Thanks again.
This review has nothing to do with the location in Gloucester, VA but with the overall company. After signing up for the free trial (which I know, I know), which is for a month, I was told that to cancel you have to do so 7 days in advance of your renewal date (which is strange to figure out as there is a whole thing about end of month and date of actual creating of account). I made sure to send in the request to cancel (I did it via their online form) a day before the 7 day limit (so 8 days). But here is the catch, it takes... read more
I arrived shortly before 8:00 A.M. I was pleased that they did open promptly at 8:00. My car was not excessively dirty but did have quite a bit of pollen on it. The wash mostly got the sides of the car clean but left a lot of pollen residue on the hood, roof and trunk of the car. For the price of the wash I could have gotten better results using a traditional self serve spray wand for considerably less money. I love coming here. Quick and convenient. Had a great guy Damian and he made it easy providing good customer service and was very knowledgeable about current offers and services. He’s part of the reason I’ll keep coming back here.
