We love it here. We are members and feel it is definitely worth the money. The vacuums work impeccably, the guys are always super nice and helpful and I haven’t had one issue yet. Sometimes the line gets long but that should tell you that it’s a good car wash.
I love coming here. Quick and convenient. Had a great guy Damian and he made it easy providing good customer service and was very knowledgeable about current offers and services. He’s part of the reason I’ll keep coming back here.
I arrived shortly before 8:00 A.M. I was pleased that they did open promptly at 8:00. My car was not excessively dirty but did have quite a bit of pollen on it. The wash mostly got the sides of the car clean but left a lot of pollen residue on the hood, roof and trunk of the car. For the price of the wash I could have gotten better results using a traditional self serve spray wand for considerably less money. Love using the car wash. All of the employees are amazing. Jacob is always so helpful and nice when I come through.
Beware of signing up for the membership with this place. The worker I signed up with told me the membership was $17. I took that offer. This month I was charged $30. I called corporate and they said the $17 is only a promotional price and they send a text message explaining that "after" you join. That's bait and switch. At corporate they said they can't refund. Well, my card company can, and I plan to pursue getting my money back. Companies are always trying shady tactics to get your money!
