I’ve never been disappointed! Always a great wash plus free vacuums is a bonus lol! Today they went above and beyond long story short my back up key fob fell from the truck! The detective work they did utilizing cameras and patience! Found the fob! I am grateful beyond words! Just playing great service!!!
The employees that work here will lie straight to your face, pay for one car wash and boom a month later you are getting charged 50 monthly. When you call they will tell you oh sorry you would have had to cancel 7 days prior to the charge you had no idea about to receive a refund. Biggest joke.
Love the monthly membership and coming here frequently to always keep a clean car! Everyone is always so friendly and it often times brightens my day :)
Great customer service. Love coming here to wash and vacuum out my car. Best car wash around. I love how you can just come in and vacuum out the car with out washing it for just 5 dollars. Thanks again.
This review has nothing to do with the location in Gloucester, VA but with the overall company. After signing up for the free trial (which I know, I know), which is for a month, I was told that to cancel you have to do so 7 days in advance of your renewal date (which is strange to figure out as there is a whole thing about end of month and date of actual creating of account).
