Spent $21 dollar for a car wash and as I was vacuuming I realized the entire top of my Toyota Tacoma was completely untouched. Went back through and had minimal success - picture below is after the second time through. My son does a more complete job with the garden hose. The vacuums are free though.
I am very happy with my choice to have a membership with TidalWace. I have had them for the past two years and am very happy with the cleanliness I receive after every wash. The fact that there are no scratches and scrapes when I finish is great. Today I had to come in to get a replacement sticker due to a windshield replacement. I’m giving two stars because I do like the facility/ service itself along with use of vacuums I have had good experiences in the past. But this issue has really tainted my perspective and I’d like to warn future customers. My negative experience has to do with a promotion they ran in March. I believe it was a buy one get one free car wash or at least that was how it was explained to me. One of the best carwashes i have been to, great wash, tire shine stays on for forever! And the employees are great, Parker was a great help figuring out how to get my membership. Will be coming back! (And they have the skinny vacuum, not many do)
The reason I’m giving this business a 2 star review is because I’m currently a loyalty member & pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes. Today I went through the wash, but when I left, I ended up going through a mud puddle and it sprayed up onto my car and when I went to go back, the manager did not want to allow me another wash because he said that I’m only allowed one wash per day. I explained what happened and that I hadn’t been for a car wash in over two weeks and that I pay a pretty high price to be able to go unlimited.... read more
