Tucker and Trey were so super awesome they really made me feel like this is the wash I needed to be at ..Mika the manager was really awesome as well.they handled everything professionally and Tucker even made me realize it would be better to be a member ..I really thankyou all for your service and will definitely be speaking highly of all you guys ..raises needed for them all

I just moved here from Raleigh, NC and tried out Tidal Wave Car Wash for the first time. The wash did an awesome job and my car came out super clean and I loved being able to use the free vacuums and mat cleaners. Parker, the attendant, was super friendly and helped explain everything, which made it a really easy experience. Although their prices may not be the lowest, their deals are what makes it worth it unlike other car wash memberships, this place will allow you to have a discount for multiple vehicles and offer you pretty much the same service as the other car washes in the area. That puts this car wash a little ahead of the rest. I had a great experience with joining and the manager I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Me personally, I definitely would recommend this place.

I went to Tidal Wave Midlothian last Saturday with a large amount of bird droppings on my car, which are hard to remove. Taylor and Logan did a great job in getting all those removed in the pre-wash. They're hard workers and if I had cash I would have tipped them. Please consider this in their bonus

I am very happy with my choice to have a membership with TidalWace. I have had them for the past two years and am very happy with the cleanliness I receive after every wash. The fact that there are no scratches and scrapes when I finish is great. Today I had to come in to get a replacement sticker due to a windshield replacement.
