Went to get my car deep cleaned. Paid $45 plus a $10 tip. I walked out pretty disappointed. Firstly, I spoke to the gentleman at the check-in and explained that my carpets needed a deep clean. He assured me that the $45 service would be sufficient. When my car was finished about 30 minutes later, a manager came up to me and said that my carpet was soaked and that they were unable to do anything about it due to not having the equipment. This car wash does not set the standards like the Christiansburg, VA one. I am a member and was in town for work. I went to this wash and it was not what I’m used to. The rags were dirty and left brown streaks on my mirrors. The two attendants were not even looking at my car when guiding me in to the wash and my tire smacked the railing. Be very careful with this company. They will trick you into a monthly contract when all you want is a single wash. Then charge you each month until you can cancel. Then not hold their employers responsible for their words. And corporate would not refund.
I like the convenience and location of this car wash but I do not like their subscription service at all. Buyer beware: you need to cancel 7 days before your renewal date and they will not make any exceptions to refund. Be prepared for long wait times if you call. I sold the car that had the subscription sticker on it and I missed the window by hours. Now I am paying a whole month to wash a car I no longer have.
