Spent $21 dollar for a car wash and as I was vacuuming I realized the entire top of my Toyota Tacoma was completely untouched. Went back through and had minimal success - picture below is after the second time through. My son does a more complete job with the garden hose. The vacuums are free though.
The reason I’m giving this business a 2 star review is because I’m currently a loyalty member & pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes. Today I went through the wash, but when I left, I ended up going through a mud puddle and it sprayed up onto my car and when I went to go back, the manager did not want to allow me another wash because he said that I’m only allowed one wash per day. I explained what happened and that I hadn’t been for a car wash in over two weeks and that I pay a pretty high price to be able to go unlimited.... read more
At this point I am so upset to tears! I had ONE car wash 3 months ago and I have been charged each month for membership I never signed up for. I called their office and the person answering assured me the membership was cancelled but could not offer me a refund because I notified my bank of fraud. I look at my account today and a charge is pending. Now I have to wait for the charge to clear, and call their office during their office hours when this is affecting MY money today! The entire point of a car wash is so I don’t have to get out of my car to wash it. I came here after getting my car washed at Flagstop. The equipment inside flagstop are so filthy all it did was push the dirt around the car and didn’t even clean it. I came here to Tidal Wave after hitting the gym. I got stopped to vacuum the driver side and notice the top of my car, side of my car, top of my trunk and rear window, hood and grill still thickly covered in dirt. Buyer beware: do not join if they offer you a membership by paying for one carwash and you receive a month at that rate. You will NOT be able to reach a human to cancel your membership. The process they want you to follow is to go to their website and cancel there but they will not process your request. You may find you will also be charged a much higher renewal rate than when you joined. I paid $21 on January 23 and registered my account and processed a cancellation on January 25.
