Got our car washed here, and I was very impressed. We have a hatchback SUV and every other car wash in the area (including ones that claim to handwash) have missed huge parts of our car. Logan helped get us straight on which lane we should use and was very helpful we had a scanner tag but didn't go through the membership lane. The car wash is fine, but they shut down for extended periods (as long as a week) due to snow?! No refunds for the period they are voluntarily closing. Let’s organize snow removal and meet commitments to customers. Revising to one star. Fast forward 4 hours… sunny and 28 degrees- closed again.
Brought my company vehicle through this car wash and had an amazing experience—Tre and Parker were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The vehicle came out spotless, and their attention to detail really stood out. Truly a 5-star experience.
I just moved here from Raleigh, NC and tried out Tidal Wave Car Wash for the first time. The wash did an awesome job and my car came out super clean and I loved being able to use the free vacuums and mat cleaners. Parker, the attendant, was super friendly and helped explain everything, which made it a really easy experience.
