I just moved here from Raleigh, NC and tried out Tidal Wave Car Wash for the first time. The wash did an awesome job and my car came out super clean and I loved being able to use the free vacuums and mat cleaners. Parker, the attendant, was super friendly and helped explain everything, which made it a really easy experience. Although their prices may not be the lowest, their deals are what makes it worth it unlike other car wash memberships, this place will allow you to have a discount for multiple vehicles and offer you pretty much the same service as the other car washes in the area. That puts this car wash a little ahead of the rest. I had a great experience with joining and the manager I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Me personally, I definitely would recommend this place.
Spent $21 dollar for a car wash and as I was vacuuming I realized the entire top of my Toyota Tacoma was completely untouched. Went back through and had minimal success - picture below is after the second time through. My son does a more complete job with the garden hose. The vacuums are free though.
I am very happy with my choice to have a membership with TidalWace. I have had them for the past two years and am very happy with the cleanliness I receive after every wash. The fact that there are no scratches and scrapes when I finish is great. Today I had to come in to get a replacement sticker due to a windshield replacement. I’m giving two stars because I do like the facility/ service itself along with use of vacuums I have had good experiences in the past. But this issue has really tainted my perspective and I’d like to warn future customers. My negative experience has to do with a promotion they ran in March. I believe it was a buy one get one free car wash or at least that was how it was explained to me.
