I paid over $25 for a car wash and they barely touched the back of my car. It was so dirty I had to use their towels to get the dirt off the back of my car. The front of my car looked great but the back was like it hadn't been washed.
My daugther took her car there and it ended up getting scratched on the trunk. They took pictures and said they would call to fix the issue. Its been over a week and mulitpe phone calls from me, but no response back on how they are going to fix it. We will never be back and we wont recommend anyone to go there.
This was by far the best car wash for me. My car battery died and one of the workers who had gotten off his shift who happened to be a mechanic ran to his HOME for me and grabbed his jumper cables. Him and another worker both got it started for me, as someone who knows nothing about cars they did everything up to even cleaning the battery off. These two didn't have to help but they did. I wish I would've gotten their names because they deserve some recognition. Thank you to them.
My car left clean, and the staff was pleasant. The reason for my 2 star review is actually damages to my vehicle. At the end of October I took my car through the wash to get it ready to trade in that same day. When I came out of the wash, multiple large chips of paint had been removed from the hood of my car. The woman who led me through the gate was an amazing person.Such a sweetheart.And then my car got cleaned for a decent price, and I vacuumed it out for free
