My car left clean, and the staff was pleasant. The reason for my 2 star review is actually damages to my vehicle. At the end of October I took my car through the wash to get it ready to trade in that same day. When I came out of the wash, multiple large chips of paint had been removed from the hood of my car. My trade in was reduced by $500 due to the damage. I filed a report before I left and was told someone would call me. My husband got a month trial and when the time frame to cancel it for future services before being charged came he did have it canceled but yet we were still charged for a months worth. Yesterday we went out of town and it was a rainy day - and ended up having to travel on gravel. The first stop when we got back to town was Tidal Wave as my vehicle was rather a mess. Tidal Wave is my favorite car wash! They dont mind how long you spend cleaning your car out and the vacuums aren't timed. It’s nice being able not have to rush to clean out my vehicle. The costumer service is great as well!
Ran the vehicles way to close together, and the sequencing of the car wash was entirely off, only the left side of the car was washed, the soap was never rinsed off, and the car was never dried off. I understand wanting to run vehicles in a compact manner, but the computers that actually run the car wash seem to not like this... Better training is needed for spacing of vehicles, or to find a new individual to program the car wash.
I have never had a more wonderful experience in reference to customer service and the cleanliness of my car!! Thanks Cole and dalton for washing my car and thankful to DeShon for the 5 star customer service
