Love Tidal Wave Auto Spa. First off want to thank Jake Bear who was my attendant and was professional and helped me make the correct choice on what I wanted to take care of my vehicle. Thank you so much for your quick positive help. I will definitely be back. Vehicle turned out great. What a great setup with some shade on a hot 90+ degree day, complimentary vacuums, towels and cleaner did an awesome job. Thank you!!
After all the snow and ice plus the dusty roads we sometimes have to travel our vehicle was looking a little rough and needed a good clean. If you know anything about Lawrenceburg you know one thing it's not lacking is car washes. Upon entering the tunnel of majestic sea of wonder, we were greeted by none other than “The Dolphin”. His blue wave of blueberry scented soapy goodness, crashing down on my windshield was a whole vibe. There were colors of the rainbow I’ve never seen before raining down from the heavens above. The staff was extremely nice. Joel greeted me at the pay center and explained everything. The whole process was very smooth because everyone’s nice and directs you where you need to be. That being said, the friendliness of the staff is the only reason I would recommend this place to get your car washed. I guess I was expecting more from a $30 car wash. I have always been very particular about my automobiles. I have a 2004 Ford focus. My newest car is a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. Both cars have been well maintained mechanically and the visuals of the cars look new. I have used many automated car washes, not only in my hometown but whenever we travel.
