Only wanted a wash and undercarriage rinse, car came out with dirt still on it, not just bug juice. Didn't want tire shine because it sprays on the car while wet from the tires, but still it was sprayed on my car. Going home to rewash my car. Two stars for the free vacuum.
A good car wash, on par with all the others in the area. Free vacuum and microfiber towels for drying. I bought the $30 wash. It didn't do a great job of cleaning my pickup truck. The front end and the tailgate were still pretty dirty.
The car wash is pretty good. We like the quality of the wash, the free vacuums, the available drying towels and glass cleaning spray.
I'm just reviewing policy ... charge or debit only, no cash !!! how un-American is that? but it still didn't stop the attendant from pushing a monthly plan that they'll deduct from my bank account, I've got 3 trucks and 2 cars so they're trying to sell me $200+ a month for car washing ! SMH
Love Tidal Wave Auto Spa. First off want to thank Jake Bear who was my attendant and was professional and helped me make the correct choice on what I wanted to take care of my vehicle. Thank you so much for your quick positive help. I will definitely be back. Vehicle turned out great. What a great setup with some shade on a hot 90+ degree day, complimentary vacuums, towels and cleaner did an awesome job. Thank you!!
