Horrible place to do business with have a fleet account with them had damage on vehicle after running through there they swear up and down that damage was there before and it was not. They refused to show proof where damage was there canceling complete account with them would not recommend.
One of the best car washes I have ever been to! If you haven't been you need to go!
Solid wash and got the car clean after another wash failed to do so. Expensive for a single wash and the monthly plans in my opinion.
Great carwash BUT be careful turning right out of location in US 50 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The curb is tight and I blew my tire out! Evidence of many cars hitting the curb.. Not sure I will go back until that is addressed. Several friends have had close calls as well.
Love Tidal Wave Auto Spa. First off want to thank Jake Bear who was my attendant and was professional and helped me make the correct choice on what I wanted to take care of my vehicle. Thank you so much for your quick positive help. I will definitely be back. Vehicle turned out great. What a great setup with some shade on a hot 90+ degree day, complimentary vacuums, towels and cleaner did an awesome job. Thank you!!
