On 2/02/2025 at around 4:20pm I bought the X4 package. Upon inspection while washing and touching up the many areas they missed the clear coat on all 4 of my wheels on the spokes are completely scuffed up. Upon bringing to the attention of a manager I was told they probably wouldn't cover it and tried to discourage me from filling out a report. I wanted to like this place but looking at reviews I'm starting to notice a trend of car damage that even Mike's Carwash would've helped you with. Tragic.
I thought I would give this business a try. This facility is new and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many washes to choose from. I chose the $20 dry and shine. Unfortunately I didn't really like the end product. My car is clean but it didn't dry very well, a couple areas were missed. If I had time, the offered free vaccums and towels. In comparison no one can get my car cleaner and spot free as Classic Car Wash in Florence.
Shout out to Caleb for being such a kind and considerate employee. I go here every time for my exterior and interior needs. Free vacuums and powerful air compressors for the more stubborn dirt and dust is an immeasurable plus. Would be nice if they had stand alone carpet cleaning machines. Would really close the gap in all things car interior cleaning needs.
Best car wash in town! The staff is very friendly and prompt. Love the free vacuums, air blaster, and window cleaner. My wheels and tires have never been so shiny after a drive-through wash. Accidentally threw my car in reverse instead of neutral and shared a laugh with the wash attendant even though he probably thought I was an idiot.
They sprayed silicone lubricant on my tires after being asked not to. When asked what they're going to do about it, they told me to rub some dirt on it. Very incompetent staff, I would never reccomend to anyone. You dont lubricate tires unless you want to crash. Stuff is all over my rims also which makes me wonder how much got into my brakes.
