Trash. Paid $30 for a wash and the car didn't even get cleaned, don't even look like it was even washed. What a scam. I went to ask for a rewash and the girl trying to offer brush claiming that's just dust. It's not dust it's pure dirt that didn't get cleaned! Arguing can't rewash in that ceramic back-to-back because it's not healthy for car, then why sell unlimited plan then to others if it's not healthy? Tidal Wave DESTROYED my paint and window panel and then refused to own up to it. The manager refused to provide insurance information, dodged every call, and wouldn’t contact me for any reason. They are claiming the damage was “pre-existing,” even after I proved it wasn’t. This place is a scam. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers. I’m reporting them to consumer protection and considering small claims court. If you care about your car, stay FAR away from this business

Tidal Wave Car Wash is fantastic! The staff is always super friendly and ready to lend a hand — even the managers pitch in. There are plenty of clean, well-stocked rags for both interior and exterior cleaning, which is a huge plus. And the vacuums? They could probably suck the oxygen out of the whole car (kidding… but they’re seriously powerful!). Overall, it’s always a great experience every time I stop by.

Tried this place for the first time and won't be returning. On the bright side the employees were nice and quick to help but otherwise I don't see the point. It was insanely expensive especially when the whole wash barely lasts a couple minutes and left my car with dirty streaks all over it from the rotating brushes and the dryers at the end didn't do anything. Seems like other people are happy but I'd rather spend half the price at a touchless location that does a better job.

This is by far the best car wash in the area. I’ve tried pretty much all of them and can say hands down this wash cleans the best and has the best customer service. I’ve noticed that Tidal Wave is one of the few car washes that actually care about your car. They will make sure it’s cleaned exactly how you want. And on top of that they will always make sure you have everything you need while vacuuming!
