Rude, angry, tattoo leg, lady is on a power trip. I’ve gone through with a few things in the back of my truck since I purchased my membership over a year ago. I have never had a problem. No one has ever complained. Nothing has ever blown out. I’m careful about what is back there. Lady told me next time I’m not going through. This is her title wave site..

On 2/02/2025 at around 4:20pm I bought the X4 package. Upon inspection while washing and touching up the many areas they missed the clear coat on all 4 of my wheels on the spokes are completely scuffed up. Upon bringing to the attention of a manager I was told they probably wouldn't cover it and tried to discourage me from filling out a report. I wanted to like this place but looking at reviews I'm starting to notice a trend of car damage that even Mike's Carwash would've helped you with. Tragic.

I thought I would give this business a try. This facility is new and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many washes to choose from. I chose the $20 dry and shine. Unfortunately I didn't really like the end product. My car is clean but it didn't dry very well, a couple areas were missed. If I had time, the offered free vaccums and towels. In comparison no one can get my car cleaner and spot free as Classic Car Wash in Florence.

This car wash splattered grease all over my car. It was nearly impossible to remove. The "clean" towels the provide are always wet and smell like mildew and the employees take very little care not to damage the cars when brushing them before you enter the tunnel. Some dont even look at the car they are banging the brush into.

Paid $17 for a kid to not ensure I was lined up properly therefore ensuring not a single brush touched the passenger side. No matter though because you can see in the photos from the drivers side that nothing was actually cleaned by the brushes. The “check in” girl was moving as fast as she could and made sure not to explain anything she was offering as well so certainly a $17 well spent right? Specifically noted I wanted to ensure the undercarriage was washed and felt the water hitting it but I guess no soap. Won’t be back.
